GA HB181

From our understanding online kratom sales to the state of GA are going to be ending on Dec 30th due to HB181. Looking for any insights from others who may have different information and where to find it. Thank you.

My understanding is the original HB181 was a ban bill and to make kratom schedule one. It was tabled and then earlier this year they revised it. I think now it puts a cap on extract potency, nothing over 150 mg and 1 mg 7-OH.. which is why OPMS recently changed their formula. There are also harsher penalties for retail stores and vendors that don’t follow the KCPA.
