That sucks, but it was bound to happen. When every corner store has massive sections selling all different kinds and very high doses and have people abusing the F out of it, someone will not like it. Like it or not there are many that do abuse it, and ruin it for everyone else. I'm all for keeping it legal, but there has to be some type of regulations, like limits on strength and how much you can buy,etc. Politicians though always go to far and demonize anything if they think it will get them brownie points from whomever is paying them, I mean makes "political donations" to them.

To those with addictive behavior, just stay away from 7oh, its strength is equivalent to oxys and it also has a stimulant yet relaxing and euphoric small dose for me, and heavy sedation and nodding, breathing depression when in larger doses, which come easily to me since my decisions are impaired.

If you can handle, then by all means, test it out...and please don't take my review personally. I just can't hang with it, my taste is for regular leaf.

If you have chronic pain and require opiates/narcotics, it could be for you, no judgement.

What dose and brand did you have when it was stimulating? As I've never once been able to feel any kind of stimulation like I do with mitragynine.

Loopholes like that could end up with a ban on plain leaf, not good

Do you really think they're going to let them return to the shelves and say "alright, you guys win"? Of course not they are the state, they have the power to amend the bill and I heard that's exactly what they're doing. The new law bans the addition of 7-oh at 4 parts per million.

I don't think you realize how dangerous this is.... all your going to do is piss the lawmakers off even further and force them to outright ban kratom altogether. What makes you think they wanted to ban 7oh solely because the tablet had more than 1% oh 7oh in it?? They want 7oh gone and if people continue to supply 7oh to Florida than all they are going to think is "ok well we tried letting you have your plain leaf kratom but clearly you don't want to play along with our games so we're going to just take it all away".

all things considered, this is the least of Florida's problems right now.

DeSantis is a sociopath with future presidential ambitions. he has had no problem threatening the academic freedom of private colleges; he has had no problem aligning himself with anti-science movements like MAHA; he has had no issue with using Florida taxpayer money to fund Alligator Auschwitz, a place gleefully selling merch, that holds people who have never been charged with a crime, with no trial date set, completely without due process.

I say all this to get across the point that DeSantis and his ilk to do not value human life. they do not feel emotions like normal people do. they do not value the Constitution. all bets are off the table, guys.

I live in Florida. I’m very happy with this. Good riddance. Stupid stuff was putting plain leaf at risk.

Absolutely ... DeSantis pretty much responsible for killing the Cannabis Vote, last year - came very close, but he lobbied the churches etc. the usual suspects - He's a wack job. Sad 'cuz I spent a few years in Florida & remember Gov. Charlie Crist and even Bob Graham going way back - Moderates! WTF happened to "moderate" Republicans.. MAGA rednecks in Tallahassee/ Jacksonville, have taken control of the entire state.

You can get mgm-15 from florida and its way stronger per milligram than 7-oh. Who knows the government probably put out 7-oh just to get people addicted an then want to try harder stuff like fent and that will go along with their whole depopulation deal and Florida just banned it to make it look like their not in on it. Lol who knows????

Well if this stuff is that strong it needs to not be sold at smoke shops.. I’m obviously pro-Kratom but nothing that “is like oxy” should be available to the general public.. that’s a disaster waiting to happen
