Made a. Order with joel on saturday..even spoke with him and was in great happiness about beimg back.. Well..havent seen my order since and ive spoken to him many times. But no kratom. I've dealt with this man for a extremely long time. We have had many issues with quality and slow shipping. But sucks that this is going on. Has anyone else recieved there new acadica orders this week?

That’s unfortunate. Seems the uncertainty of a future in selling this plant is tempting even once trustworthy sources to burn firmly founded relationships.

Hope it’s truly just him being busy and he gets the leaf out to you ASAP.

Damn. I ordered from Acadica on Saturday. I hope to God you're wrong, Zenio, or I'm out $97 or so myself.

I think I'll give it a few more days -- if he's just swamped but still getting orders out, it won't help to get in the way of that with my own inquiry -- and then decide what to do. We may hear more info by then that clears it all up.

Saturdays batch was the 2nd offering. He told me he woke uo and was sold out..then just relisted more. Thats why i ordered. Sweet sweet white kali..smh. I habe alot of faith in ppl ..but then again, he hasnt even pre printed a label.. That extra weird..please joel...keep it tight...

I also ordered saturday, haventheard anything but not worried yet. Ordered from sosa thursday and havent received that yet either. But thats on usps not him looks like I was supposed to have that monday

I just checked his Facebook page and he started on 11/26 he was having shipping issues and will ship the following day. Not sure what that's all about.
Hopefully he's caught up and cleared up his shipping issues.

Not To Worry. Joel is a stand-up guy. He's just swamped because everyone knows it's THAT good. Yes!

Problem may be Acadica "Mode of Operation". He puts everything ON the site, then makes a Big Announcement. BOOM!! Compare that to other vendors.. Example: SoCal never posts everything! They might have 500 kilos of Red Bali - but only 100 get posted.. it's gone in 2 hours. You missed out? Too bad.. Those 100 kilos are bagged, tagged, and ready to SHIP.

Like MOST vendors, he's dealing with the crazy Payment situation. Remember, Acadica was OOS for many months.. He was clearly NOT setup for some payment methods, until last week.. 1 of those had a problem, because it was brand new. Can't discuss further details here. Again... other vendors say - it's gonna be several DAYS for payment & shipping! Example: KOG "Our processing times at least 4-7 Business Days not including weekends".

I suspect he received his Shipment, got excited, wanted to make a Black Friday splash and - posted his Announcement - before anything was even bagged OR ready ? Boom everything got sold, now he's faced with filling ALL orders and breaking down bulk kilos. I'm just guessing.. I DO know he's very busy & I assume he's getting 100's of emails.

A photo was posted on a Indo FB group. Only 1 month ago!! There's Joel, with all "the usual suspects" lol Dwi, Vince, Fhietra, Widi, Medy, Jimmy... He actually went there, to find good leaf - That's being serious about his kratom business! One of the most committed guys around. Also KNOWS his product, better than most

Got a text from Joel. He's just real busy and said that "hes not scamming and would rather die". Its been my first purchase from him and can already tell it wont be my last

That's GREAT news. I took a dive on your recommendation, Ballz, and I haven't known you to get it wrong before, so I'm cool with waiting.

I'll let y'all know when I get a tracking number; if others who ordered do the same we can put this thing to rest as soon as Joel starts shipping. In the meantime I'm willing to give it another week before I start getting concerned.

Got a text reply last night and he apologized. They printed labels last night.. Just a waiting game now..

Yeah, he was down to only three strains when I ordered on Saturday, two reds and a white, but I made do.

Looks like it; though it may take him another day or three to get it all into the hands of USPS, so if I see nothing for a few more days I won't be worried.

I apologize for my baby rant..its not usually me..i know these ppl and talk to them alot so i feel like a child about blurting out...in no way did i want to diminish or tarnish his reputation..

No worries. I didn't take it that way, and I don't think anyone else did either. You had a legit concern and voiced it -- and in doing so you started a conversation that not only is keeping folks updated, but gave Joel the opportunity to be publicly vindicated.

It's all good. If you want, when we start seeing that packages are physically making it out to people, I'll change the thread title to Acadica deliveries - RESOLVED. That way there's no question about the situation. If you were the vendor spoken of, would that work for you? Let me know.

Pretty cool with me. Im a person of the people anyway. Transparency in this business makes us all feel great. When some vendors start including there customers in more aspects of the business is the daybthat vendor will sepwraye themselves from the pack. Theres a few that live by there customers wishes and requests. These guys are rockstars to me.! Thanks whiffy!

I checked my tracking and USPS has the package. It says I should get it Monday.

it said i should be getting it monday but got it today, did not expect it. i did try some from acadica before and they did have some decent nioce leaf... i got butterflys inside my stomach right now, i know i should be opening top banja bag, :O

edit: review on red banja, it has zero bitterness. it taste like nothing. but started feeling less then 10 min. so far its clean, got to wait and see how it goes.

edit again, extreme nice calm relax feeling, i think if it was another vendor they would jack the price way up, i cant believe it had 0 bitterness and tasted plain. it is sure fire, any one else try red banja?

edit again, this truely reminds me of kratom how it use to be before 2016, i usually dont get a buzz feel but this one at only 69 is a killer stealer, yes sir is top notch. cant wait to try burn red kali tomorrow.

Yes...exactly what happened. So the Initial quality...whew!. This will be a batch for the connoisseur collectors..6 months from now..it will burm thru the bag..lol

I def need sleep, i got work soon, night worker, but feeling so good from red banja only 4 grams. very clean long legs. If i knew it would be this good i should def got another kilo. so far made me relaxed calm like most reds but chill effect to it. This def similar to 2016. But you got white kali, i wish i got 250 of it, you making me want that white clean energy. If he ever gets it again, i am sure it will be out real fast, i think we should all support those who visit and know their farmers in person. this shows a lot for the high quality. All vendors should do that, and take pictures. that way we decide which area we think most clean and best by judging by pics. It blows Gaia away by 75% for sure, i dont think he cares who he gets it from and to bump bunk up in price is just overboard. Never again, i actually regret reddit back in days promoted it, i used it few times and didnt like any of their stuff.

Cant wait for my white kali! Should have good effects, I dont have a tolerance for whites. Usually just stick to reds and greens but needed to add a white to my arsenal

Yup, got all Kali's and some JongKong's.. His new bags are real nice, White with Full window one side. Colors very close just a slight shade difference.. I think you're right, this batch will be legendary. He actually traveled to Pontianak & got this deal, Top of the harvest.. Thank you Acadica!!

Imma be frank.. Send me there. My nose and taste buds would be golden. The issue is that the great leaf is always available in extremely small batch sizes. 11 kgs here..21 kilos there. It isnt enough for any vendor on the ground there to make sales and have a consistent product. So..it all gets added to other batches and then the greatness gets spread thin. Joe sokol can tell you all about it because he buys up more smaller batches than anyone..harry as well.. Smiley sees it now. Soulvit too. Small batch supply is for the connoisseur only. Once the big guys place a order for 500 or 1000kg..the big hopper gets filled up..and that small grove of 2.7mit and 3.0 rare potent leaf blends in with every other place .. Tragic and sweet at the same time

Well as you know, Indo's now are seeking Minimum orders = 500 kg.

Why? Because that's the Air Cargo minimum for shipping, AND Air Cargo seems like the only "safe mode" of shipping at present. Correct? Nobody seems to know, the percentage of UPS/ DHL getting through but.. its not good. Look even Soul is now trying to put together a 500 kg order. How many of those 500 will be "small batch" goodness?

SOLUTION ? Either they get Pos Indonesia shipping postal again... OR, hate to say it. Our days of Small Batch may be gone.. For awhile anyway. This hasn't sunk in to many folks in USA still wanting to order 2 kilos from Indo... only to find a UPS Hold. Notice.. Indo's pitching direct sales, are mostly popups, those who don't have US Vendor wholesale accounts.

Actually I've been harboring a crazy idea for a while that would make this a non-issue, though I don't see it happening anytime soon.

A small vendor/interested individuals kratom co-op would solve all of these problems, and put that group on an even footing with the big headshop vendors.

But it's a hell of a leap. Just thought it deserved mentioning because I have never heard it suggested before.

Yes! A few strains were added back to their site and Joel said there are four left. White kali and red, green and white jongkong. What do yall think of those strains left? The split kilo is in my cart so I think I'll pull the trigger before it runs out fast again.

It did. I must've gotten one of the last quarter kilos of it. Dang that stuff goes quick! Keep an eye out on their site though, that's what I kept doing and got lucky.

Anyone burn red kali? how was it?

I ordered on Nov. 23rd and haven’t received any tracking info. Was told it was shipping last week. On Facebook it says orders have been shipped too but I have not recieved a response about the status of my order through the support text line.

I managed to order a 1/4 kilo of the red kali, I was having a very hard time picking what I wanted on his website, it would either change what I picked or say it wasn’t available but I’m glad I was able to get something, I think I had clicked red jongkong and it said red kali well that’s fine I’ve only had red kali from DG before

All Good, my man! I got all three Kali's and side by side.. hard to tell 'em apart. the Red color just slightly off, still a greenish powder. Not fermented! Hand picked stock from Borneo.. Everyone who got ANY of these, is set-up for the Winter

FOOTNOTE: Sad to report that Joel/ Acadica got bombed with ppl flipping out, multiple emails "Wheres my damn Order", blasting him online.. Just good ole Rumors flying around the Internet bullshit.

Here is a good idea for joel, next time when he sends all the mass emails to let people know he has stock, to include the 3 week or even a month wait. It did say 3 day ship i think. Since he has to spend time breaking and packaging all that, it will take time. If he would of done that i dont think he would get mass spammed " where is my order" . it only fair, and i would still buy it, i dont care if i have to wait 1 or 3 weeks. But those who need it right away and they are out, they can go else where. I rather go for quality. I am sure he will still sell out fast, just needs to give heads up to people.

That's a shame. Joel's a good guy. I just think he takes on too much some times. No ill intent, just gets excited.

Customers are gonna have to start getting used to delayed shipping. We were spoiled in the past with same day/next day shipments from many vendors.
