Does anyone know whats going on with TFH? Ive been a member for years and never had issues ordering, but I have not got a response to my recent order a few days ago.

Black Friday sale and membership raffle. They are swamped with orders but will get to you. Just be patient.

Swamped from the black friday event I imagine. I bet they have hundreds and hundreds of people emailing them and some multiple times. It's just the two of them, they dont have a gang of folks. They will respond, just have patience right now, it's the holiday's.

Has your order been processed yet? I placed an order on Wednesday but no response yet. I hope they are giving priority to members by processing their orders first because I really hope they don’t sell out of what I ordered.

Hang in there - Chris said this Black Friday event was the craziest, largest one ever! I suspect that he hasn't slept in days...

LOTS of new batches, too!

Just got my order in the mail. Placed mine right after the email was sent out about 4 am on black friday. Right after the email went out.

They're beyond swamped. I put in a guest order before I won a raffle spot last week, and literally just paid it today. I usually get a response email every 2-3 days. Sometimes at 1pm, other times at 2am. Can only imagine how rough it is with young children to top it off.

Even still with how extremely busy they are, every response I've gotten has been so friendly and personable. Definitely looking forward to it. I grabbed 2 splits. So 8 250g bags.
