Fight for Ohio
Once again the Ohio Board of Pharmacy has stated it is moving to ban all kratom products, not just 7oh. If Ohio falls it will likely cause a domino so please take the time and comment on the link below. Be respectful, they have all of the power right now and are looking for an excuse to say, “screw these people” because Kratom has become quite the inconvenience for them, mainly because of the 7oh controversy. This is the one we must win.

Yep. Multiple bans have just popped up all across the country. This looks really bad.SaveTheLeafIowa wrote: ↑Sat Jan 17, 2026 7:16 pm Please fight for Iowa too!

Re: Fight for Ohio
Ohio is my home state (born and raised), and I lived in Iowa for a while too. Ohio is one of those states that has a really bad opioid epidemic going on, especially in the rural parts, so a kratom ban there would be devastating. Let's fight to keep it legal and accessible in both states!

Yeah, I've been watching more & more states pushing a ban on kratom. We, the industry, haven't done the best in presentation of the real product - kratom leaf. I would advise stocking up if you can. I just heard the California Dept. of Health is pushing to ban kratom & 7-OH because "people are dying." It looks grim. How strange, in a state that was one of the first to legalize pot, it's trying to ban kratom. So I read that this Health Dept sent out a notice to all sellers of liquor & tobacco products that if they sell any kratom or derivatives, they'll lose their liquor & tobacco license.
It may be time to move. This state is so screwed up.
