Red Banjar has been the most effective for me, as far as pain goes. Sometimes I add a little gold bali, which seems to boost the pain relief and also helps reduce any stress/aggravation I've been feeling.

I'm going to move your thread over to general Kratom discussion.

I will second both of those. I have chronic knee and back pain and those work very well. A few more of my favorite red analgesic strains:herbalhippie wrote:Herbal RVA Royal Bent and K-OG Red Aceh
Mystic Island Vampire and Big Red One
Christopher’s Organic Botanicals’ Red Agatha
Inland Botanical’s Red Bali and Red MD
Greg’s Botanical’s Chocolate
Smiley’s Red Smile, Red Aceh, and Red Bent#2
Liza’s Red Nugroz, Red Pucuk, and Red Headed Stepchild
Green strains can have good analgesia as well. The “slow” greens usually handle my pain just as well and sometimes better than reds.
Same for Whites. Herbal RVA’s White Bali used to be my go-to for bad pain days at work.

I always thought whites would be too "racey" for the muscular relaxation but don't really know. I.have a 76yo F that had surgery for ddd years ago and we have some good green she said was too racey for her but she did not say it caused tension or discomfort there.....I.will remember to ask. Borneo's a staple and bali too. You picked some good ones to begin with.
