Can anyone tell me the difference in effects when it comes to crushed leaf vs powder leaf? If the effects are different what are they compared to the powder and if they are the same, is there a difference in the amount you would need to make tea compared to if you ingested the powder? Like if i take 5 grams of powder for a dose, how much crushed leaf in tea would it take to get the same effects? Thanks

My own thoughts, crushed contain stems as well. now if you look at cannabis wise. you will know that most weed is THC on street and no or very little CBD, now whats popular these days to feel that well being is have 50% 50% thc and cbd. Makes you more balanced. Crushed leaf has both, stem and leaf. The belief is somehow those two balance each other out. Thats why some buy stems to use that when they take kratom breaks. Also all crushed and all powder strength vary but most will still help even the low quality.

As i know crushed leafs containt more alkaloid than powder.
Milling process reduce % of alkaloid bcause of heat when its milled.
