Some days I take over 20g, but on average I don't so I just answered 17-20g. I thought most people would probably be on the lower/middle end which is why the numbers skew more towards the lower end. I might have been wrong though based on the results so far.
Depends on the day. On the days following a new shipment, it can be over 20 for sure, but then it settles down to 12-15 once my willpower kicks back in.

Well, my apologies for skewing them lower -- I'm on zero right now, temporarily -- but I had to give an answer to see the results and it didn't occur to me to put what I -had- been taking instead of choosing the <1g option.... duh. Normal use would be 5-6g. I'd go back and change my choice if I could.
I usually take doses that are around 5-8g. I'd really like to lower that. During the week, its usually one dose after work (so once every 24 hours). Sometimes I take a smaller dose during the day. Usually on days when I have to speak in front of people.
On weekends, I can go a bit more crazy with it. 25g is definitely a ceiling. I usually take 2-3 of my 5-8g doses.
I don't mind the amount of doses I take, but I'd like to take less each time I do dose. Problem is, I convince myself at the last minute to take a full dose on most days that I try to take less.
It's not so cut and dry for me. On days when I'm doing well I don't take any. On really bad days it could be as much ad 30 g plus extract. Most average days it is between 8 and 20 grams.
So I had no idea what answer to select and so I just didn't select anything.
