Was wondering if switch strains, is your tolerance levels the same? I’ve only had one type so far.
Also what is the best strain for anxiety?
Thanks!

They say the different alkaloid levels between strains and colors is what helps keep tolerance down, instead of getting used to the same strain because it’s hitting the same receptors or something.
I alternate between a white and a green with an occassional red, but every time I burn a red my tolerance shoots up for some reason and my next days burn doesn’t do much at my standard dose.
Idk about a best strain for anxiety but most people seem to agree that reds are most effective for that.

Reds are great for anxiety, depression and just to relax. I’ve also found some greens work great too. When I first started with Kratom I was always hearing that each person is different and I won’t lie to you, it annoyed me. I just wanted to know what was what and what to use.
Now that I’ve been taking it longer, and tried recommendations of strains that were suppose to do one thing that did the opposite for me....I realized just how true it really was.
I keep a journal of what I take at what time, and how much, and what effects it has on me, and that’s how I’ve narrowed down what works for me.
Red Bali, works really great for me for anxiety. Green Malay does the same.
I haven’t tried any straight whites because those are the ones that are suppose to be the most “active” of strains. Although I have used them before, I’ve used them with a blend of red.

Some of the slow whites can feel just like a red. I switch strains all the time but I still have tolerance issues. Trying now to keep my doses fairly low - and that seems to help with tolerance. I may not get as many intense burns but usually I get a more consistent one with fewer letdowns.

I’ve noticed sometimes when I switch strains my body has to take a few days to adjust to the new one. There are also times when I’ll get a new bag and it feels way more potent. Those bags are fun. Lol.
