Green Maeng Da: The green gives a fantastic mood lift, increase of motivation and energy, as well as a great deal of euphoria and pain relief. In my opinion, this is a perfect balance of all the benefits kratom gives you. Because it is so balanced, I personally can take this as my morning dose as well as an evening dose. It also has legs for days! With this green, I was able to reduce my intake due to its potency. This is easily in my top 3 that I have tried so far in my kratom journey! 9.5/10
Red Maeng Da: The red gives amazing pain relief and a nice fuzzy sedation that makes for a pleasurable, cozy evening. This makes for a perfect nightcap. Just like the green, this also gives a nice euphoria as well as providing you with a sense of well-being and its effects last longer than most kratom I have had. Overall, this might be my go-to evening kratom choice! Another fantastic product from Herba Rosa! 9/10

I really like their commitment to transparency. Each strain's potency is displayed not only on the bag, but also on the website, so you know exactly what you're getting. You're right, that green maeng da is very versatile! As for red md, I sometimes take it as early as 430pm, if I had insomnia the night before. It can help calm the body when you start feeling tense and manic after lack of sleep.

I previously gave a brief review for the free samples of red, green, white. Just finished up the white, very standard good quality, much more mental than physical, calming and serene rather than hopped up and head banging.
Def the white is better than the red n green.
