Welcome! I used to order from you guys while you were Herbal-Salvation when I first started taking kratom. Your 'Maha Kali' strain is my all time favorite strain, and I call it my "kidney stone strain" because I've used that strain to help deal with the pain of many kidney stones (and was able to avoid the hospital due to Maha Kali helping keep the pain manageable). This was around 2016-2017. I had overall positive experiences and good kratom from your company. And you have very good sampler options. And if I am correct, you helped the AKA with many donations to help the legal fight in 2016 during the federal ban scare and at other times as well (sorry if this is incorrect and I am thinking of another company).

Can I ask you if your supplier of the Maha Kali strain is the same as it has always been? It was the best pain relieving strain I've ever used. I'd still order again even if it has changed farmers/source of this strain... I noticed on the current description for the Maha Kali it says: "In the event that a leaf tests lower, but tests clean and is of quality otherwise, we may use our full spectrum 20% Mitragynine extract to bring the Mitragynine levels to within our aforementioned standards for the product, not higher. These extracts are natural kratom extracts. Nothing else added. They are only used to ensure you receive a quality and consistent product, much in the same way that many other products are standardized."

Was this the case a few years back, or is this a new practice? This isn't a complaint so I hope it doesn't come across that way. More of a general curiosity to compare the old vs the new. I really like and respect the statement upfront on the product description that these strains may be enhanced!. This is good to know for tolerance issues and transparency. I am almost out of my old Maha Kali bags, and had another kidney stone just a few days ago, so this was nice timing to see you pop up here on this forum. I like to keep some Enhanced Kratom around for emergencies/extreme pain events. So if I can afford it, I may put in an order soon.

Thanks mate! You are absolutely correct about our affiliation with the AKA - we almost bankrupt ourselves that year, lol, and still donate regularly.

The Maha Kali is from the same source, but is probably going to be enhanced and closer to 2% more often than not. Mit %'s overall seem to be on the decline over the last few years or more, and customer request for higher Mit % are on the increase. They are also expensive products and we want to be sure that they are both stronger than average as well as be as consistent as possible.

We are going to be have a rather large sale starting Fri of this week.....will probably be the cheapest opportunity to purchase such products all year Those subscribed to our emails will get first crack at it. Cheers!

Well yes, for the Ultra Enhanced product line, which is enhanced with high end extract and blended to ~5% mitragynine, that is the case.

HOWEVER, for most plain leaf, kilo prices are $100. 100 grams is typically around $20. And that is before you take into consideration the 10% back in rewards with every purchase and generous promo's we run more often than not

I do get the emails so I'll wait till Friday for the sale and make a purchase this weekend (or during the sale period). I just passed a few kidney stones this past week and am now out of Maha Kali, so the timing works out great! Good to know the Maha Kali is from the same source. I'm fine with it being enhanced as I only use it sparingly here and there to prevent any tolerance issues. It helps me manage the worst pain so I am just happy it is available

To be clear, while we have put a lot of time and effort into becoming AKA/GMP compliant for our operation, we only purchase our extract from the aforementioned business. It's the company that supplies the Hush line of retail products and other large brands with their kratom extracts. Anything from 10% all the way up to 90%+ mitragynine. The reason we like them is they make their extractions using food grade solvents, everything we get from them tests exactly as advertised, and seem to offer fuller spectrum extractions.

I can safely say this vendor (former Herbal-Salvation) is fantastic. I ordered just recently (twice), and both orders were/are great.

Can’t believe someone would think being cGMP
compliant is bad. I’ve been having “backpack” vendors for years, but cGMP is a good thing and Viable Solutions is fantastic

This has a truthful side to it. However, I'm glad they work with a facility so you know the lab report has to be real. But yes, you can make large amounts of extract with a set up made from practical tools and solvents that ends up clean and potent in a finished basement under the supervision of a organic chemist or someone that just learned from their own research that never bothered getting a degree. And their is no delicate synthetesis here, it's a extract process.
