If you folks haven't tried my Blue Lotus tincture yet, I highly recommend it. It's been extremely popular and I can only just keep up with demand.

Blue Lotus is claimed by many to be a natural aphrodisiac, antioxidant-rich, euphoric, dream-enhancing, lucid-dream enducing, psychoactive, non-addictive alternative to kratom.

Hi Kelley. I include instructions with every order, but there are a few ways. Remember to shake it up a bit first.

The most reliable method is to drop one dropper-full (1mL) under the tongue and wait for a minute, without swallowing, to see if you are feeling it enough. If you're satisfied with the effect, swallow. If not, you can add as many droppers full under the tongue as you feel necessary (some people use up to 4 or 5) and wait up to 15 minutes to let it absorb before swallowing. Then rinse your mouth.

The other method is to simply add it to a drink. I enjoy this method, but it requires more tincture to get the same effect, since it's not absorbing through the capillaries under your tongue.

The powder is decent, but not as convenient or portable as a bottle of tincture you can bring with you on the go or just have a squirt or two before bed. It's cooked into distilled water and vegetable glycerine, so it is almost entirely dissolved and just needs a quick shake before use.

Start with one dropper full under the tongue and let it sit for a minute. For some people, that's enough. But other people (like me) need more, so experiment with it. Add another dropper full, wait another minute, and repeat until satisfied. If you get up to 4 droppers full under the tongue, I would wait it out for 15 minutes before swallowing so it can fully absorb.

You can also add it to drinks, but it requires more tincture to get the same effect, since it's not absorbing through capillaries. But this is my favorite method for a relaxing night. I add mine to oat milk.

I recommend starting with the small bottle to try it out.

Only one way to find out how it compares, and that's to try for yourself!

I source some of the best dry extract in the botanical community from a guy who is quite well regarded. I cook this extract into distilled water and vegetable glycerin. It's more convenient than powder extract because it's simpler to take. No need to mix it into hot drinks or put it in capsules. This stuff is simple and portable. It can be used before bed or taken on the go. Just be sure to shake before use.

You can mix it into cold drinks and it will dissolve entirely (unlike powder, which requires hot drinks). But the most efficient way to dose is by adding 1-5 droppers full under the tongue (start with one and wait a minute to see if you want more), then wait up to 15 minutes for it to absorb before swallowing. Experiment with it to find how much you need. I know a guy at the post office who only uses one dropper full before bed and waits just one minute and it puts him to sleep FAST. He's bought like 4 bottles of this stuff since I introduced it to him a few months ago.
