Allergies and Kratom

I am very sensitive to almost all medications. And I get bad allergies some years and this is one of those years. I don't like taking oral allergy meds such as Claritin, zyrtec, Allegra etc because they make me feel strange. And nasal corticosteroids cause me to have severe anxiety. All other meds I'm usually okay with its just allergy meds. I was wondering what everyone else personally uses for their allergies. Any tips or advice would be great.

I started putting honey on toast or bagel most mornings for the past 2-3 years I dont get allergies anymore. Local honey is best to use plus it taste so good!

If you only eat honey rarely i dont think it will work but a little most days of the week. It works for me and it seems to work for others too.

Ii heard raw honey is best and now wondering if added to hot tea does that kill any of the beneficial compounds, so googled and found this

Has anyone ever used nasalcrom? Cromolyn Sodium nasal spray in combination with Kratom? It's a mast cell stabilizer
Wanted to try it but can't find anyone that has ever combined the two together. Don't know how safe it is.
