Thank God for 7oh extracts
Two stories (and yes anecdotal because that's ALL we have now beliefs to the contrary):
Less than a week ago I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery - still typing one handed so there may be mistakes) and while the nerve block worked fine for 2 days it does wear off. Pain is different for all but my doc only prescribed 5mg oxy which at my tolerances wouldn't be better than aspirin. Kratom - even the best and even after a month's break (at which point it was working fine for THOSE levels) was equally useless.
7oh, as I suspected, took away ALL the pain (and helped me sleep). I know for a fact I'd be screwed without it.
Better story is that last night our closest friends came over for a movie and this gal has spent YEARS trying to find relief (and much $$$ with pain management doctors and treatments with no luck) She can't be more than a mile away from her home
due to her condition (we live a block away). We spent a ton of time years ago trying kratom in various forms for her that didn't help. Last night she reported the 7oh has changed her life for the better. No pain at all
I get it if you aren.t old enough to have lived with debilitating pain but for those of us approaching our final years this stuff is a miracle. SO glad I found it

Wow, Kelley, amazing story... We're seeing more and MORE, of these "Testimonial" stories, on Reddit and other social media. Here's a couple recently that I'll add here, with LINK's to original post... We already know, Kratom helps with Chronic Pain - but some of these folks have "extreme" medical conditions... that really NEED 7-OH - and they're SO grateful for 7-OH.Kelleytoons wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 8:49 am I get it if you aren't old enough to have lived with debilitating pain, but for those of us approaching our final years this stuff is a miracle. QUOTE -- I spent MORE years in bed - than I’ve spent living life. I was prescribed 15 / 5–325 pain medication’s once every 60 days. Which only offered more nausea then relief. Not only did it bring me a raw stomach lining, but it also brought me a broken heart and a whole lot of disappointment ... The medical community has made it very difficult to obtain the type pain medication I would need. My pain stems from multiple problems such as scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, two herniated discs, osteoarthritis in my back and hips in which I am in need of double hip replacement. My daily pain would be anywhere from a 5 to 10 daily and God forbid if I where to sneezed.
And then I met 70H ... And for the first time in many years I had no pain! I mean none! Not even the prescription medication I was given was ever able to do that for me!

QUOTE -- Can I thank ya’ll ? I suffer from several painful chronic health conditions. I’ve been a long time kratom utilizer - 5 years or so - but it’s always left me feeling not the best. I’d only take it out of desperation to escape my cripple, unrelenting pain and especially when I’ve maxed out my acetaminophen / ibuprofen for the day. But kratom rarely did much. It’s just… when you’re in 10/10 pain, you’ll try anything, even if it’s a 1% help. I suffer from several painful chronic health conditions. To name a few that come to mind:
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome - this essentially means all the connective tissues in my body, head to toe, in and out are faulty and weak.... I dislocate multiple joints a day. - Interstitial Cystitis - cervical kyphosis - Scoliosis - Gastroparesis - Several types of Migraines (up to 6 days a week) - Chronic Kidney stones - Pineal gland cyst that needs surgery - TMJ - Hip dysplasia
But discovering 7OH is changing my life… I 100% understand the risks associated with it and the need to respect it.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
It's pretty amazing the way folks are SO judgmental on what folks use - and heaven forbid anyone judge THEM ("Judge not lest ye be judged?")
And ALL of it is completely stupid - the number one drug in terms of deaths and destruction, in terms of cost to society in every single way and yet NO ONE (well, I guess with minor country exceptions like some in the middle east) even wants to talk about a "ban" is alcohol. IOW - don't get me stared. If you are unwilling to stand on that hill to ban alcohol, you have no f##king business telling me what drug I can or can't use (because you are then the biggest hypocrite around).
At this point I have more than enough to last my lifetime so I'll just stay out of any discussion. But it certainly tells me how idiot a person is when he makes a certain stand.

Glad it’s working for you and people can put whatever they want in their own bodies. I’ve heard good and bad things about it. But we can’t ignore that the latest attack on kratom in multiple states is most likely due to derivatives like 7oh. So it’s a very dangerous double edged sword.

yes ban alcohol
Honestly they probably should seriously ban alcohol and make drugs like marijuana and hallucinogenic legal. Could you imagine if instead of experimenting with drugs like alcohol and tobacco in young adulthood and in college people instead experimented with things like weed, mushrooms, LSD, etc.... I would bet 100 trillion dollars that we would be living in a world full of vibrant ideas, innovations, people would probably be more connected to each other and less argumentative and full of hate. People would probably understand life and their own purpose more but instead young adults are wasting the time period in their life where they are supposed to explore and find out who they are by getting black out drunk and acting like loud crazy morons.... The more I think about this the more I'm convinced that everything that's wrong with society could potentially connect one way or another to alcohol being legal

As an older cancer patient in her final years, I thank God for good old plain kratom powder. Luckily it works great for me all by itself along with many other kratom users and the 7oh extracts made me very ill. The 7oh extracts are nothing like kratom and I wish could be moved to the "Off Topic" forum. While a couple of people on this forum love these extracts, I hope that the majority of kratom lovers will not try them because they will ruin your tolerance for this beautiful leaf.

I agree GreenAnimal. I wished that this stuff could be moved to the "Off Topic" forum of this board because 7oh sure isn't anything like kratom. I'm worried that this stuff is putting our beloved leaf in jeopardy. I had a terrible experience with 7oh and many others have as well.GreenAnimal wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 4:04 am Glad it’s working for you and people can put whatever they want in their own bodies. The situation is what it is, but if it's not too late for a compromise maybe 7oh can be banned from smoke-shops and gas stations and instead only be sold online, in packaging warning of habituation.
As a society we dealt with how hard liquor could be advertised and sold, we can be reasonable about this as well.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
Extract products are Kratom. 7Oh IS = Kratom.
This is :Turmeric (Photo below). It's RAW, Bulk Turmeric powder... But ALSO, Curcumin, IS = a Turmeric Extract product. Many kinds!! I have tried the Meriva® Phytosome a patented formula... Here you go: The 8 Best Turmeric Supplements -- https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/be ... #our-picks
My point IS, Herbal Extracts are generally ... superior products to the "Raw Bulk" stuff. Really. (We DON'T need Raw bacteria!! Many ppl have gotten sick from Kratom.) - I remember thinking 7 years ago - WEIRD how the Kratom extracts are Such poor Quality... Well NOW in 2025 - we finally have a whole range of "Advanced Alkaloid" products. And - The Cat is Outta the Bag - "Horse is out of the Barn" - CONSUMERS - are discovering these extracts. Booming in popularity.
For SURE, I can understand, Caution... I watched and waited, nearly 1 year before trying 7Oh.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
In checking in with my surgeon Friday he was AMAZED that I hadn't taken any of his opioid prescriptions for my pain. I did "come clean" and tell him what I was using and he was ALL for it (he knew about kratom AND he knew 7oh was an extract).
Due to my lack of pain I was moved ahead on the schedule by about three of four weeks (which is why I can now type here just fine).
Again, thank God for this stuff - I was also VERY cautious about this but I'm so glad I found the answer before this surgery.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
I think I mentioned this elsewhere, but the only vendor I trust (and who does lab reports and is VERY reputable) is Omega (here's a link https://omegaextrax.com/).
I would recommend the 30mg strawberry - note that it's NOT cheap but that tablet is scored both ways so you can easily break it into four pieces, and one piece is ALL I would recommend taking (I've been taking it for nearly a year now and that's still the dose that works great for me). You can try the other tablets/methods (I have but still prefer the Strawberry by a WIDE margin).
You can get the cost down to around $1 a dose, which for pain relief is amazing. It's far more powerful than any prescription drug I've been given, you don't develop tolerance issues, and it's as safe as anything out there (note that all the Reddit "furor" - as if ANYONE would believe anything on Reddit - about heart problems doesn't take into account those folks who took the jab. THAT has PROVEN to be heart damaging, and nearly everyone I've ever spoken to knows personally three or four folks who died as a result).
I've cut my dose down to twice a day after my surgery and it is an AMAZING relief - perhaps 10x as much as the best kratom out there (and 2 or 3 times as good as any script opioid). You should at least try it to see (as I said and I strongly believe it, thank God for this stuff. I'm lucky in that I'm old and have more than enough to last my lifetime).

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
I think people are agitated because these products are being labeled as kratom, show me where I can buy some plain leaf or even full spec extract that has 30mg of 7-oh? As you put it in your own words "more powerful than any prescription drug I've been given" You don't see that as a problem for kratom's image? Lawmakers see these products labeled as kratom so they seek to ban them as kratom. Massachusetts just filed a ban bill you know the state with liberal policies that allow cannabis and psychedelics. Louisiana just passed the ban bill in the senate with 26 in-favor and only 11 not in-favor. It's been 10 years since a state has approved a ban.Kelleytoons wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 4:06 pm Let me know how it works for you (even a PM as folks here get rather agitated over this stuff, even though it's DEFINTELY kratom related).

What are you saying ? First, nobody shit on your pill.
Where do you get off throwing shade at people that work to keep kratom legal? Ye people actually get involved. What have YOU done for the team?
You haven't. You are going to criticize that? WTF
It's kratom related! Like kratom associated deaths. It's good that people die and we have to beat back the accusations.Kelleytoons wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 4:06 pm Let me know how it works for you (even a PM as folks here get rather agitated over this stuff, even though it's DEFINTELY kratom related).
I have zero opposition to availability of that product. I have every opposition that the cash grab who knows where all the soft people and ravenous buyers are, that grabbed onto the kratom train that I and millions of other people, Not Easily mind you, improbably managed to keep available and running- with heavyweight help that was established by kratom users. Dont' promote 7-O products here - is the message. I don't know there is anything bad about it but ITS GETTING A PREDICTABLE KNEE JERK AND SURVIVALIST REACTION FROM LAWMAKERS. People will hold them responsible if they don't react to what YOU should know is going to be pounced on long before anyone knows about it- and to them, that means years of documented stacks of paper.
It shoujld be quiet, but marketers of that do not care what happens to kratom. they will milk the cow dry until it's dead, leave us with the rotting carcass while two new projects funded from this destruction are well under way- whatever it may be. They're going to be better than fine. What are you going to tell people in agony that are now looking for a street dealer?

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
I got some and took 10mg,first time. Think it was to much, at a point I felt almost dizzy, but had energy to get things done and felt pretty good otherwise. I have never done opiates drug use wise, but I can see why it would be a huge problem for those who have. If you've be addicted to drugs before I'd say stay very very far away. If you have'nt and use kratom to help yourself from medical issues or such and have not got a 50g a day addiction to it, then they would seem to be a great ,VERY RARELY USED, option. Addictive personalities WILL abuse TF out of anything, and 7oh is no different. I do believe though, just like heroin/opiate addicts have stained kratom(like it or not its true) addictive personalities will do the same to 7oh. Also pharmaceuticals will go ham on it because it represents a loss of profits from their addictive and expensive drugs.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
I don't want to see ANY ban on kratom OR 7oh (or any other extracts). But do at least TRY and think what is happening here - there are FAR FAR worse drugs out there that both the FDA and lawmakers do nothing about. So you have to always ask yourself - why is ANYONE pushing forward a case against extracts (and, by extension, kratom) when NOT A SINGLE DEATH HAS EVEN BEEN REPORTED FROM THEIR USE?
It HAS to be Big Pharma. They are the ones pushing lawmakers to ban these things because they both have the money to do so AND it hurts their business. There aren't a lot of "Mothers against 7oh" here, folks - it's all orchestrated by folks who will lose money otherwise.
But - I will keep repeating - I have enough to last my own (limited) lifetime. So I really feel for the rest of you, because not having this in your toolkit is a big mistake (and those of you younger than 60 will find out - you will be BEGGING to have something to give you this relief. BEGGING. And all you will be given, IF you are lucky, are opioids whose effectiveness will diminish within weeks so you have to take tons of them just to function.
You WILL find out. Don't say I didn't warn you (I'll be long dead, though :>).

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
You are vastly underestimating the power of mothers against kratom people, anytime a ban bill has been brought forward it's because one of these mothers solely blames their sons death on kratom. Now 7oh is creating a even bigger target when you have something as powerful as prescription freely available with no restrictions. My friend is a nurse and says he's seen a huge increase of teens coming in for opioid withdrawal and when asked what they're using they say kratom (even though what they are using is 7-oh) kratom takes the blame. Most people have no idea what kratom even is now with 7-oh being as addictive as it is people are now learning of kratom from "Karen's son is addicted to this legal drug" and so on. You have vendors marketing these products with names like "Perks, Pressed, Lean, Opia" that especially appeal to opioid users and teens. Once it becomes popular with the teens it's game over, just look what happened to flavored vapes.Kelleytoons wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 7:43 pm I don't want to see ANY ban on kratom OR 7oh (or any other extracts). DITTO!
.
Been using Kratom since 07 (about 20yrs) and 7oh over half yr now.
Godsend, both!
For leaf powder I use 3-5g 3-5x a day. Less when using extracts. Been same since about 07.
7oh I use 10-30mg (usually 20mg) 3-4x a day, with 1-2g leaf powder and or full spec MIT extract powder. (Better longer effects imo, even just 1-2g leaf powder with 7oh vs just 7-oh).
I do 2-4 lower dose days in a row once in awhile too, and changing up and/or mixing batches/types regularly.
Helps similar to changing up cannabis strains ime.
Dose cap dose control and PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY is key as with most things..
It does piss me off the smoke shops brands with names like lean, presses, perks etc etc.. hurts the community leaf and 7oh!
Honestly I'd prefer no stores, only online. Cut down on reckless dumbasses with Zero personal accountability taking whatever and not researching anything..
I also hate that smokeshops (and many vendors, though it's changing as the gold/green rush train driven by greed coming to end and ships starting to have honest pricing) charge way way wayyyyy more than reasonable! 4,5,6 heck 8! Bucks a 20mg tab?!?!?
Greedy scummy thing...
I pay 1-2 buck and wouldn't ever pay over 3. Why I used mostly pure powder instead of tabs for 6mo till recently.
Now I use more tabs. Got 1k so good for now.
The banning stuff is worrying and stressful...
Rant? Over lol
Cheers

Rant? Over lol
Cheers

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
In 2020 I underwent 2 surgeries of the eye, that later left me blind on one side. The pain broke me in half, and we live in an age when " they " as the allopathic system have mostly stopped cold, giving people anything whatsoever for pain if they deem it unnecessary. To call this Draconian would be a colossal understatement. So when I see the usual nonsensical entries roll by on web searches such as the " Mayo Clinic " says that Substance K is inefective and dangerous, well this is both incorrect to a large degree and can be considered as propaganda. Also the so called Mayo clinic does not impress me in the least At the time I used extract to moderate the pain, and it did work, and made things tolerable until the pain subsided. AS a consequence of the failure of these 2 surgeries, I was left with detatched retina and fully blind on one side. When this happens they generally fill the eye with silicone based oils and close it up at a specific set pressure. They will tell you that altitude changes will not affect it which is a big lie. So getting to the point, the eye with fully detatched retina will stop producing vitreous fluid and it will shrink. This leads to a condition with a name I do not recall, but the eye shrinks and goes into chronic pain and more than just a little pain. When this pain emerged, this is also somthing that the surgeon did not warn me was possible
This makes the bad eye water non-stop which also makes that side of the nose run all the time. Kratom leaf stops the pain and these effects for a time. Way back then I was using 2x/day and I was taking about 9g per dose. Kratom was a life saver and made it where I could both function at work and sleep. The eye pain is not touched at all by things like Ibuprofen.
So yes 100%, kratom can and does work as a pain management strategy depending on the type of pain one is confronted with. I only resort to allopathic medicine when absolutely necessary, otherwise I follow a Zen or Taoist type approach of being my own healer and taking responsibility fully for the state the body is in. I was also in fact schooled in Biology at the University level circa 1980. Kratom efficacy is about being well informed and making informed decisions when the " System " is not doing their job and giving you anything at all for the pain. You have a right to take matters into your own hands.

Yes absolutely! Welcome to MM, Starcat & your post reminded me of when I used to get 'Behind the Eyeball' headaches - A type of Migraine - many years ago and, well, I somehow healed that with help from Kratom and I haven't had many headaches At All - over the past 5- 7 years anyway... also I fully agree about taking charge of our own Health Care, the ChatGPT A.I. app is now booming in popularity. Why because doctors are not available, for questions or discussion - I met with an Allergy Specialist - a couple weeks ago for my seasonal Pollen & also food allergy response... these can be difficult to diagnose & there's NO WAY I can get answers from this Doctor - without scheduling another Appointment for weeks or months away... ChatGPT is giving me excellent, personal, answers to help solve my problem - Today!! Along with Kratom and 7-Hydroxy of course!!Starcat wrote: ↑Thu Jun 12, 2025 12:43 pm So yes 100%, kratom can and does work as a pain management strategy - depending on the type of pain one is confronted with. Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
Yeah it’s definitely a life saver. My mother who is 52 suffers severe pain. She takes oxy for it, and while it helped it never truly gave her relief. Since then I’ve turned her toward 7oh, and she has been so much better for it. She only takes 20 mg about twice a week, or when the pain is really bad. She has not built any tolerance, and is more happy/productive. Truly a blessing. Im just glad she can get relief without being beholden to any doctor. My mother also never liked kratom but she loves 7oh because leaf never seemed to work for her while 7oh does. We have to fight to protect this substance, and try to keep it around for all the people it’s helping, and can help.

Was not spamming stating a fact. 7 oh is not kratom extracts. It can’t be extracted from kratom because there is not enough 7oh in kratom to extract it. Therefore it is made synthetically making it a synthetic drug. Love being censored though. What has happened to double m. This is a shame.

Like I told you in a private PM, you are more than welcome to start a new thread and post your views about 7oh. Nobody is stopping you from expressing your opinion.KratomSavesLives24/7 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 17, 2025 9:22 pm Was not spamming stating a fact. 7 oh is not kratom extracts. However, you have already been asked nicely to stop hijacking 7oh threads. Yet you keep doing it. Posts being removed because you can't follow the forum rules is not censorship. We will not tolerate users who are being hostile to others.

I agree I really enjoy 7oh from Omega. The strawberry tart is good but I I like the lemon drop slightly better. All are good tho. I’m glad I found them.Kelleytoons wrote: ↑Mon May 05, 2025 5:13 pm I think I mentioned this elsewhere, but the only vendor I trust (and who does lab reports and is VERY reputable) is Omega (here's a link https://omegaextrax.com/).

As a very long time kratom advocate and a long time member of this forum and the kratom community seeing what the mods here have allowed this forum to turn into is absolutely despicable for me and and you guys advocating "7ohm is kratom" certainly are not no kratom advocate at this point. Ive heard of people being banned/suspended here for voicing their opinion regarding 7ohm being allowed to be on sted in the Kratom section of this forum which is even more disturbing. Y'all can lie to yourself all you want but we all know 7ohm is not kratom it is synthetically altered/formed that amount of 7ohm could never be achieved in any amount of kratom you could consume. I think it's pretty obvious that the mods here must have started using 7ohm themselves for them to sit here and not put a stop to this 7ohm promotion all on this forum these days. This forum will be a huge resource for any lawmaker looking online to find information about kratom when they are considering bans and they will come here to find this bullshit. Going from what used to be a bright spot in the kratom world for advocates to what this place is now is just sad.

Nobody was banned for voicing an opinion. We gave one user a temporary ban yesterday for repeatedly hijacking other people’s posts. They were warned to stop harassing people and yet kept doing it.LeafersonJr32 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 18, 2025 9:01 pm As a very long time kratom advocate and a long time member of this forum and the kratom community seeing what the mods here have allowed this forum to turn into is absolutely despicable for me and and you guys advocating "7ohm is kratom" certainly are not no kratom advocate at this point. It had absolutely nothing to do with anti-7oh talk. The user we banned yesterday was also the first ban in over 6 months.
You yourself are a member with over 700 posts here. You should know we are extremely lenient and don’t ban haphazardly.
I don’t use 7oh, nor do I plan to.
Feel free to make anti-7oh threads if you want. Or join one of the anti-7oh threads that are live right now. All opinions are welcome here. Just don't harass others while doing it.

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
Well I appreciate you giving me the other side to this situation and I guess it is definitely a reminder to hear both sides before jumping to.the conclusion that I did. I apologize for that. I have not been on double m much in the recent months but I found double m to be a refuge for like minded kratom advocates when there was no other places that could connect this amount of kratom users with the intent of finding good leaf and combining our voices to advocate for positive impact of this amazing leaf. I definitely still do feel that 7ohm should certainly not be allowed to be put in the kratom section of the forum seeing as it is synthetically altered to achieve levels of 7ohm that could never naturally occur or even be achieved by taking large amount of leaf. 7ohm is the greatest threat to kratom legality today and for someone like me who has spent almost ten years now advocating for kratom and helping fight many ban attempts it is quite honestly soul crushing to see it being discussed on here in the same section as kratom. Do you guys really think if 7ohm was around during the 2016 ban scare that kratom would still be legal today? It would have been a silver bullet for those pushing ban rhetoric. With all the bans being proposed now and having so many people googling kratom and having this forum come up as somewhere to find information I feel that it is detrimental to our cause to have 7ohm not be differentiated away from the kratom section of this forum. Obviously I am just one person and have no control of this, but I atleast feel the need to say my piece after so many years of work advocating for this plant.

Double MM, has now been established as The #1 vital resource for the Kratom Community with > 7 years Knowledge Base - of FACT, opinions, research, Links and references, that you can't find anywhere else outside of Reddit, (which has become terrible!). ~ No other Social Media has the content of Double MM... Facebook is totally useless, censors Kratom discussion, not searchable, and most groups over past 10 years have been deleted... Reddit r/kratom has been totally censored since 2018. Double MM is the ONLY resource we have - With a history and Search Bar... Maybe we all can do some outreach ??LeafersonJr32 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 20, 2025 7:49 pm Well I appreciate you giving me the other side to this situation and I guess it is definitely a reminder to hear both sides before jumping to.the conclusion that I did. Corde32, you and I have been participating here over the years... I value your opinion! Thank you for posting. We just disagree on the evolution of Kratom products and where it's all going in coming years... 7-Hydroxy is the most important development in the history of Kratom.
Did anyone catch, AKA's Webinar a few days ago, Wednesday 6/18, (YouTube Link AKA Webinar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8400a8Dp7UY) - the entire HOUR discussion was about 7OH!!
According to 2700 Kratom users, in Johns Hopkins Survey 2020 ([Image Link: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/-/media ... 9614C1568B]]) the #1 Reason people enjoy kratom is for help with Chronic Pain.. Millions in USA are afflicted with Chronic Pain

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
Well said, Mr. B.
And I want to re-emphasize something that others seem to be missing - if you don't want to use 7oh or even if you feel it's the devil's spawn itself please understand that for MANY people it is the ONLY thing that keeps life worth living. Not oxy, not kratom, 7oh. I have seen this first hand (and experienced it myself) on at least half a dozen people now. Perhaps it's only just us "old people" who are in this boat, but unless you are very unlikely ALL OF YOU will end up here, old and in extreme pain. Trust me, it WILL happen (again, unless you are unlucky and happen to die young).
I know with utmost certainly that if you were in the same boat, experiencing chronic pain that was debilitating and made life not worth living you would BEG ON YOUR HANDS AND KNEES for something like 7oh. And everything you folks have written here against it you'd throw out the window. I know this for an absolute fact and I only wish I could live long enough for you people to eat your words.
In the meantime I will continue to praise 7oh AND post threads about any other sorts of positive things I find out about it that don't fit this thread (hint: I'm testing a new product and will be posting a review soon). Again, post away all your negativity but know that in the end you will regret every single thing you ever typed negative about this (or you will just put a gun to your head and kill yourself - I'm not kidding. Anyone who has never been in this position has no business even expressing an opinion about it).
(And, yes, one of the things that makes me militant about this is my all time favorite person in the world, the one I would do anything for, has suffered until we found this. For years. Again, when you reach this point you will finally understand and beg for my forgiveness. Too bad I'll be long gone).

Re: Thank God for 7oh extracts
To Mr.Toons...First off the language you have chosen to use I find to be quite ironic. Using phrases such as "eat your words" and to say that people here don't have any right to even comment in regards to this subject? Let me start by saying I think you should maybe consider how many people here were heavily involved in keeping kratom in general legal and able to be accessed so that during the time that you needed it you were able to have it. There was a lot of work and constant campaigning to achieve that so for you to come here and say that these people don't have a right to comment on this matter I find to be pretty outrageous and totally lacking respect for the work out in by so many. Can you really not see a huge uptick and corresponding trend to increased ban pushes and negative PR since the growing popularity and emergence of 7ohm? I think anyone with half a brain can see that there is a pretty clear correlation there. If 7ohm works for you and you can use it responsibly than by all means use it for your own needs. The issue with 7ohm lies in the following; A) It is being sold in headshops and gas stations across the country and under names such as "Percz" and "Roxy" and I know for a fact from seeing it myself people are going in these headshops and being told that 7ohm IS KRATOM and being lead to believe that it doesn't have the verified much much higher increased risk of addiction and clarification that the potency of these products is on a level that one would not even be able to achieve by consuming an entire bag worth of plain leaf kratom in most cases. If you are such an advocate for 7ohm then more than anyone you really should consider the importance for people to be able to understand that this is a product that should be used only by those that need it for moderate to severe chronic pain issues and that it DOES come along with much higher risks of addiction and that its effects on your brain are much stronger than plain leaf kratom is. For those of us that have fought for many years (over 10 years myself) to keep kratom legal because we believe in the positives that one can receive from this natural and unadulterated plant product we find it absolutely crucial that 7ohm and Kratom are very clearly differentiated as two different products bc they are two very different products. So what I am getting at is that by all means if you want to consume and advocate for your 7ohm go right on ahead, but a lot of us feel that and find it extremely insulting and downright disrespectful for it to be done on a section designated KRATOM and then even more disrespectful for you to say that we shouldn't even have the right to comment on the subject. I mean do you not see how many more bans are being proposed seemingly every month now? You realize how many states already have kratom banned? If the inability for people to differentiate between 7ohm products and natural kratom products ends up being the downfall for access to kratom across the country would you "eat your words" here? All I am suggesting is to take the 7ohm discussion to a 7ohm subsection. And to Ballzdeep although you and I do disagree on some nuances when it comes to the subject of 7ohm I do also respect your opinion and as someone that has been an influential member of our community for a very long time and is very familiar with the challenges we have faced over the years from bans, misinformation campaigns, and lack of lab testing, etc. All I am proposing is that concentrated 7ohm products not just be simply lumped into being kratom bc I think it's very important for the legality of kratom and for people that rely on 7ohm to manage their chronic pain that these headshops, vendors, and consumers are actively not downplaying the increased risk of dependency and acknowledging the far increased levels of 7ohm that are in these products compared to plain leaf kratom products and with that said they should be used only by those needing that. If you guys want 7ohm to remain legal I think it really needs to be understood that 22 year olds walking into a headshop and looking at kratom for the first time then being told that these 7ohm products are kratom just in concentrated pill form or going online and not having it clearly differentiated and then ending up on Reddit talking about how it ruined their lives is going to be the fastest way for both plain leaf kratom and 7ohm to be banned across the country. So I think it's important that there is a different section for 7ohm for 7ohm users to discuss 7ohm and for these companies that want to advertise their 7ohm products. For people that need 7ohm due to chronic pain and after the way pain management has been attacked the last 15 years or so I think it's even more crucial for the 7ohm advocates to start thinking about the need for safe and respected use of 7ohm bc I assure you the last thing you want is people thinking there aren't risks associated with it(same way I feel about kratom) bc when they fill these rehab centers with kids coming off doing 10 7ohm 30mg a day both kratom and 7ohm will be gone.
