SO good and seriously effective! Been dealing with intense anxiety and this has been a lifesaver. I’m also able to get out more and socialize which has been great since I started my kava journey. The poly gold extract added to the instant helps boost it up a lil more. I don’t get groggy or weird side effects like meds did when I was on anxiety meds. Instant kava and polygold extract Herba Releaf
Made a mocha frozen coffee today and added some of herba releafs PolyGold Kava + Instant Kava…
