yeah to each their own. Forgot to include this doesn't work for chronic pain people. I understand some even have to take every 3 hours or so to survive pain. I am just blessed i didnt break anything or lose any body parts. Hit my back and funny bone landing on my ass when use to snow board a lot but thats about it. I feel you and understand your situation. Do what works. Maybe my theory and method will work for others, i am sure there is a lot of lurkers trying to get as much info as possible for them selfs. I also understand there are people who try to get off of heavy stuff like oxy or H, which i am glad i never done it and never will. Unless someone force it down my throat. For them dose might be a lot more then chronic s. Being smart and as safe as possible is also important, there is a fine line when anything to much can hurt too. I got no trouble sleeping, if i sleep, i SLEEP. not even alarm will wake me up, thats why i have 3 alarms to wake me up for work. they all go off after 1 min in between, if one dont wake me up another will. Maybe from years of drinking herbal tea, better food choice made me a sleeping monster. I use to have trouble sleep 10 years ago, when i had bad eating habits, and soda drinks. cigarettes and alcohol. Been clean from all soda and fast food and drugs for a long time, its hard when their are party's but i still avoid it. You are right tho, i do think there are short legs and long legs strains... What i do sometimes, when i am at work, i pre mix 6 grams, raw honey and raw milk, and my 10 hours go smooth at work. I do 6 grams before going to work, and 6 grams in a glass bottle, then every two hour drink a little off, last break i finish it. seems works the best. I even got black marks to where i need to drink off after each shake. With milk and kratom it looks like chocolate milk and honey makes the taste enjoyable.. Seems it works best when little is consumed every 2 hours instead all 6, get a edge by after 3-6 hours it wears off depending on the legs. When i get home, i eat and no more kratom, i am knocked out as soon as my head touches that pillow. so thats about 12-14 hours in between dose, whileother 10 hours is used at work since i work more. And of course 6grams might be a bit to much for some, if you feel great at 2 or 3 grams, stay at that. i do think i need to take a week off and start with 3 grams. that use to be my sweet spot 5 years ago.

Different strokes for different folks that's all! I personally take 6 or 7g doses myself and like I said try to wait 6 to 8 hours but sometimes can only make it 4 or 5. Though, like you said maybe some lurkers or even some members here will find your theory/method useful and applicable to their lives. Just goes to show that there are no absolutes in the ever changing wide wide world of the kratomite life lol!! Great convo actually.... But just realized maybe it would have been better suited as it's own thread?! IDK whatever...

who said it has to be warm? warm milk will go bad in no time. always has to be refrigerated.

Edit: I seen how the process works, it drops down into a big tank from cows and the tank has chilling temperature underneath it. It has to be chilled cold right away or milk is no good. I did try it strait out of a cow, drank a cup. did i like? heck no, i prefer cold milk over warm any day.

Very happy with my 2 recent orders with Liza!

Both orders were a heaven of Green Veins
All top shelf strains

Content with them thats for damn sure.

Liza’s Super Green Elephant is a stand out for me.
Gives me mood lift as well as a sense of calm and reduced Anxiety.

It can be soo fkng difficult and tricky as a mofo to come across these. These are Gems to me bcuz it is not zippy or noddy just purely mid spec and GOOD.

Will be back to update havent tried this too many times but will very soon!

Liza’s is one of my favorite vendors and I did however take a few months off to catch up on some other Vendors despite she is still an awesome vendor and she has a fkng loongg List Of excellent strains and batches!

No need to go overboard Swablero but if you do grab a $20 sampler from her (Liza) id suggest grabbing 50g of the SGElephant

I am enjoying it.

She actually recommended to me

Sorry for the delay Oletimer- I’ve had a few super-busy days. It’s been cutting into my DoubleM time and that’s getting annoying!

I’ve burned the Red Hulu about 5 times now and I’ve gotten great results each time. First burn blew me away though. I’ve been trying out some really good reds lately from Soulistic and Smiley, but Liza’s Red Hulu is holding its own against those. Liza’s reds usually work very well for me though. To me it’s strange that others don’t get much from them, but I guess that’s just the way Kratom is. The Hulu was definitely the best red I’ve ordered from Liza’s in the past couple months. I got it as a sample, but after 2 great burns with it, I ordered a bigger bag. Jambu is probably second and then Red Nanga or Red Slippery Rock. I’ve still got to give it a few more tries, but I got a free sample of Red JK with my last order and it gave me a great first burn.

I have SGE and have mixed opinions. To me its a faster with little to no euphoria. I have had some great strains from her in the past though

I really like Liza's as a vendor, their communication is top-notch, payment process has always been easy, and shipping is lickety-split. I just wish I responded better to the Liza leaf I've tried. So far I'd give her 3 out of 5; some strains do absolutely nothing for me, some are noticeable but just ok. The only one that's been completely reliable is Relaxer Elixir, which "does what it says on the tin," as the saying goes. Taken in the early evening it's a relaxing balm that guarantees a good night's sleep.

My daily dose is very low, though. There's always the chance that I'm below the baseline dose that would generate better returns. I max out at 2.5 to 3 g per day, and I'm hesitant to play around because the times I've taken more have turned into 4-hour barfathons.

I enjoyed some White vein strains I got from Liza in January of this year.
Has anyone heard of or gotten any Whites lately that are worth grabbing?

Id like a Smoooth White
Mid spec
Clarity
Good focus not too fast not too slow

She had a very good White Indo that was a perfect speed and clear
No bs
And also a nice White Pucuk and White Batak

I friend of mine sent me 8 red strains that did nothing for her. This was all a few months back. I havnt got around to trying them. I’ve had a few of Liza’s green strains that were above average.

O heads up on white tanjung a little bird let me know its gonna be on the menu tomorrow night I ve heard so much good stuff on that and red house even though I've got a key coming tomorrow I'm definitely putting in another order tomorrow nite and those 2 are gonna be on it.one thing I've learned is you have to get it when its there.I feel bad hearing some people aren't happy with some orders I still haven't been disappointed with any of my choices but major stand outs lately are her happy go lucky, green bota and PMD5 I've got all 5 now but her PMD3 and PMD5 are running neck to neck for me.And the best thing with Liza is that she cares about every order and strives for excellence

Been enjoying my first order with Liza the past week, for some reason Id been using head shop kratom for a while I suppose out of laziness since I used to order from BB all the time but the difference switching to Liza's kratom is incredible.

PMD 3 has been great, got a sample of White Banjo and I feel like it has to be dosed a little higher than usual but I definitely felt an improvement on my focus. She threw in a sample of Happy Go Lucky and see that everyone loves it but it seems like every time ive taken it (around 3-4g dose) its made me more sleepy than anything, which is odd. I blended all 3, around 2-2.5g PMD, 1.25g Banjo and 1.25g HGL and it was a fantastic blend.

Naturally, im already thinking of ordering more. I was diagnosed with ADHD fairly recently after not realizing I had it my entire life so im looking specifically for strains/blends that will cater to those needs. The most important things I need out of a strain is for it to be fast but not too fast(since wakefulness/fatigue is often an issue with ADHD), a good mood boost/"euphoria"(dont really like to call it that but, you get the idea), and one of the most important things, assisting in motivation to get things done. I dont need much analgesia, just enough that will take care of significant tightness in my hips/lower back from years of moving really heavy weight.

What strains, or specifically blends would fit that bill? Im leaning more towards a blend since it seems she has some great blends and they will better cover all my needs in a strain.

Hi hc7, I also deal with ADHD and I really enjoy Liza's faster greens such as G. Batak, G. Nanga, G. Bota and G. Paragrin.

The W. Banjo is one of my favorite Whites but I also like Liza's W. Tanjung and W. Horn. Not much pain relief with them so I do blend them as well.

Also, just throwing this out there.. I recently tried Liza's Gold Bali and was pleasantly suprised with the mood lift, stimulation and more pain relief than what I typically find with the whites. I need to try it a few more times so please take that for whatever its worth. Your experience may vary.

Just an observation...a friend recommended a strain from Liza's Botanicals I wanted to get...am I missing something or has her pricing gone up?...$35 for 250 grams?...plus 8 for shipping...$43 shipped for a quarter kilo...Makes it hard to justify with so many quality Vendors selling for less. Couple bucks more I can get a quarter from DG? Guess it is what it is...

Just throwing this out there... White Slippery Rock is more of a smooth, laid back white. The White Horn is very stimulating but not over stimulating. I really like the Horn.

I'm about to put in an order. My very first order from her was SGE, Red Bali, Red Monster and Red Elixer, the first two being the standouts. I'm looking for a euphoric or mood lifting red or green strain (not a big fan of whites). Any recommendations?

Liza's Quarter kilo price $35 same for 6 months at least... 35 +6 shipping = 41 / 250g = 0.16 cents PPG (Price Per Gram). Not "cheap" but very reasonable!!

Liza is good, i liked it very much, i usually go with BotanicalBunny or RVA because of the great leaf and even better prices. If you use 4way code with botanicalbunny its the same price as RVA for a kilo. Around 70 bucks or a bit less. With BB i get them for less than 70 a kilo shipped so its hard to beat, they carry the kratomcrumbs (lot12) and the goldengreenkratom (lot14) just like liza but at way less cost. At BB i just got 3 kilos for 202.35 total, im stoked. Rva has amazing suppliers as well, 70 plus shipping is great deal too.

And the length of this burn is crazy if you haven't got some you should
I guess I have to add euphoria to cause I feel sooo good.I did go back for more cause this is definitely going in my stock up pile.

I like Liza's Red Labai for a more upbeat, mood lifting Red. Still relaxing but can also be stimulating.

The Red Jambu and Red Hulu are both quite a bit slower in my experience and can be sedative to me. YMMV I haven't tried the Red Dayak but I really like the G. Dayak and W. Dayak.

Liza's is an OG vendor.
I remember her Green Banjo and Red MD are worldclass leaves.
Just took her new Green Nugroz about an hour ago and wow. it is the best green i've ever had.
Cannot wait to blend the RMD and GNugroz tomorrow.
Her Red MD is a default goto Red for me. probably the best Red of all time for me.

This Green Nugroz is crazy tho!!!
