OG Botanicals Review

Hey guys! Here's a review of OG Botanicals! A few days ago I received 2 free samples from Hunter, OG botanicals. He's a new vendor who started up recently. He's very active on the DoubleM Discord, very friendly and has been really cool to talk too and very helpful as well. The 2 strains I received from him are Super Green and OG Gold. I've tested both of these strains 3-4 times as both normal doses and booster doses.

Super Green - 9/10 Fast onset, within 15 minutes I was starting to feel relaxed, my muscles were aching, my back was hurting, I was tired and I was feeling mentally on edge and blegh. The pain went away and I noticed my mood lifted to feeling chill and mellow! I also started to feel more energized and alive. These feelings lasted for a good 3-4 hours before fading. Overall, a very enjoyable , well balanced and uplifting strain with good pain relieving properties too.

OG Gold - 7/10 Felt more subtle then the super green as far as relaxing and mood boosting effects but it relieved my pain effectively. I also used it as a booster dose for the Super Green and noticed it definitely extended the legs of the SG and added to the experience a bit.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Super Green, the OG Gold didn't work for me as well as the super green but it definitely did it's job and served its purpose. I still have a bit left though so I will update this review if that changes. I do have a higher tolerance and rarely feel euphoria from most kratom around this time, no matter how quality so that is something to keep in mind. Will be putting an order in soon though to try some of his other strains and will be writing another review when that happens. He has very good prices and is working on getting himself established and committing to selling quality leaf only. So definitely be on the lookout. Thanks!

Just want to give a shout out to hunter, have been speaking to him a lot since my first to purchase and is a solid genuine dude- gave him lots of feedback on his whole process from website to packaging to product and he took it to heart which I thought was awesome! I originally bought a sample pack found some strains I really like and went in for a split kilo a few days later, one of the strains I loved he didn’t have enough to make a full 250 so I went out on a limb and got the super OG I had a very small sample of , Iam pretty’s senstivie to faster strains- a few weeks went by and I would use a gram here and there but never meshed well with me as was on the faster side, I reached out and let him know about this and he said he could swap it out even though it had been a few weeks I did use some and obviously the bag was open. I was amazed at the awesome customer service and am really excited to try these new strains, plus he told me he has another new shipment on the way so will definatley do the 5 - 50g sample pack for 25$ With included shipping. Will defnitelt be stayin in contact with him.

Side note - the GMD and Super green were my absolute favorite - fire!

That's awesome, man. Yeah Hunter is wicked cool. Really awesome guy. That's really cool of him to do that for you. Customer service is definitely a big part of the experience and the fact after that long he was happy to help is excellent and speaks a lot about his integrity. What strains do you like the best? What did you end up replacing it with? I plan on picking up his 5 strain sample pack next too its a killer deal. Can't wait to try some of his other strains would dig to hear your opinion on yours too! Thanks for the response.

So I haven’t gotten too deep into the new strains as I have been doing testing for TFH so my focus has been on that. But my favorites were the super green and GMD for sure, of the stuff that was swapped out I got og gold,red horn and super red, I haven’t done much testing on gold yet but the two red have been awesome for a night dose. I had only done one burn of each alone as I have actually been blending them because I found the red horn to be more sedating and the super red to be a little more euphoric,pain relief and feeling of content.Need to do more experimenting unblended to get further into the overall experience of these strains but overall have been awesome and just what I am looking for at night! Will update with more info in a week.cheers

Awesome, man! The Super Green is really fire for sure. Def interested in trying the GMD as well as the Red Horn. That Super Red sounds great too, but have been into greens mostly lately. That's great though. Putting in an order today, can't wait to hear what you have to say, are you posting a review? Also stoked to try out some more strains! Thanks for the reply.

Yea I will be doing soon in the next few weeks, been super busy across the board and there is quite a few reviews I’ve been meaning to do but haven’t had the time, I also just spoke to hunter and he has some new stock in so will be picking some of that up- maybe I’ll just doing a joint review after I get acquainted with the new lots.
