I'm from NYC but had to move upstate after I got sick. I'm still holding a grudge about that one, so with reluctance I say 'Binghamton,' but I left my heart in Brooklyn and just keep hoping there is a way I can somehow get back. Simply here due to cheaper rent while on disability (I still hope I can get control of my health and move back & work again!)

I know NYC like the back of my hand so I choose that as my hometown and upstate as a bump in the road. But God the rent is so bloody expensive down there. I try and go back at least once a month, but my health has been kinda bad lately.

Beautiful but boring South East Tennessee now. I spent a little time in Fresno CA about 16 years ago. Spent 3 years at Fort Bragg,NC and wherever else Uncle Sam decided to send the 82nd Airborne. Happy to survive that BS. Lived on the road following Phish and other bands when I got out. Came back home to TN and got my ex-wife pregnant twice. She ditched me and our 2 boys so I have had to stay close to family to help but one day I would like to go to Colorado. Maybe when my boys get a little older. I still have the wanderlust I have always had but had to settle close to fam since I have great support and love here.
