I don’t usually have the time (or will) to write reviews. But I’ll make an exception here...

I’ve been using quite a bit different leaf lately, mystic, k-og, genie, rva, DG, etc. All what I considered to be “fire”.

Well last week I decided to diversify a bit more and try a vendor who I’d never seen any reviews or heard much about. So I went with Okie.

Now writing reviews and grammar are not my forte, so I’ll get straight to the point.
Came home from work and broke the seal of their sunrise blend (believe it’s a blend of whites and greens) and took my usual.
And I’m not shilling when I say it’s one of the best burns I can remember in the past few months... The onset was relatively quick (about 30 minutes), great mood lift, energy, and relaxation without sedation.
Just a very well rounded strain.

Anyway, sorry about the grammatical errors lol. Hope I could help someone out who is curious about them. Thanks!

Great review, man -- thanks! I've heard a LOT of good things about Okie, so I'm not surprised, but it's good to have details. Usually it's "Okie's great!" and then nothing about the leaf. I didn't even know they had blends.

I wanna also write a positive review for Okie Naturals (formerly "Okie Kratom" lol) - I just a few weeks ago, got several 2-ounce packs - First impressions are, their Banjo strains are excellent !! Very potent & I've tried Red, Green +White Banjo so far .. you may recognize the strain from K-OG, its top shelf. SuperYellow 1st time, knocked my socks off .. great Yello there. Natural Red was just middle of the road. I've got a few more to try.

Okie stocks fresh leaf from many different sources. Has a system of A- B- C- to identify Indo suppliers.. Seems to be very selective on quality. Always a LOT of variety, with new stock and Limited Edition strains, identified on his website. Easy site to navigate, and uses the [payment method]. Totally agree with DarthWobbles, hard to write reviews in between rotating many different vendors, timing and tolerance issues But more reviews would help.. really NO "reviews" on MeWe because chat rooms are gone the next day.

They ship fast and have some good white strains that I haven’t seen anywhere else, like Slippery Rock and Bali. Their prices are also good and competitive if you buy a kilo.

I think they're a great company and I love their sample packs and stuff, but I wasn't super impressed with any of the strains I got from them other than their ketapang. It was by no means bad kratom, most just didn't seem to hold up to the better strains from RVA and BB. But I only tried six strains and they got a big shipment in shortly after I ordered so who knows. I love how many strains they stock too. I definitely plan on trying some more from them when I get the funds.

Red and Green Motan...all 3 colors of the BANJO's, Green Vietnam, White Slippery Rock, Pink Thai, Pink Dragon and Super Yellow. They were out of the Sunrise when I ordered, had hoped to try that one...maybe next time.


It is out for delivery, so hope to try some of these out very soon...Have you found any new favorites?

Really enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far.
In particular the sunrise (my favorite by far), green Jong Kong and a limited time blend called “master mix MD” (a magical full spectrum MD blend).

I’m my personal experience, I have to be careful not to go overboard though.
Everything is pretty potent.

Anyway, I’d love to know how the banjos are! Update us on those if ya don’t mind!

Edit: Lets just leave it at the BANJO strains were DAMN good and I look forward to getting more of them in the future.

NOTE: If anyone has their Super Yellow AND some of the Green Banjo, it makes a WONDERFUL blend (I did 50/50)...Pain relief, mood lift and plenty of energy...One of the better combos I've had in a while...Hope everyone has a nice Weekend!

I also got a bunch of half ounce samplers which were nowhere near 14 grams. 14 grams should be more than enough to fill my 24 count capsule machine but several of them came up very short, pretty frustrating.

!!Not to mention his new restock blew my mind!! Red and Green House 42(Red House ties with his Red Jong Kong for my fave reds... Red Banjo a close 3rd), a rainbow of banjars, acehs and wild strains(even wild yellow!), He's had the Asias for a while but I love his white Asia and white Bali.. And White Slippery Rock!..the only other place I've seen that is K-OG!
I love them. I'm constantly excited to see what's going up next Fan-frikin'-tastic
..however... I have ordered samplers like 3 or 4 times but never weighed them.. Interesting..

Red House 42 is a really nice strain. The House strains are Widi's/BigBang Kratom.

I was very pleased with my samples, but now I have never been able to find a 250 gram bag in stock...Of ANY of the strains I had sampled and liked. Glad he is doing well though, just my bad luck I suppose.

Just wanted to update on my email reply from Gary:

"We found that the bag had not been zeroed out on some of the bags. Just a mistake. We pulled all the sample (and any other bags) that were short.

The issue was only with our half ounce bags. It was not 100 percent error but about half.

I reported the error on our Facebook page as well in case anyone else found an issue.

I will get you a new sample pack out.

Thanks."

He admitted to his error and is correcting it. Gets a thumbs up from me on professionalism!

I love Okie's packaging, website, and selection. I ordered 10 samples, and I've gone through several of them (G Viet, G JK, R MD, Gold, etc), and every one of them has been really good for about an hour, but then the effects fade so quickly. There's a lot to love about this vendor, but their product has the shortest legs of any I've tried. Anyone else notice this?

Recently just ordered from them AGAIN, and received my package today.
I’m pretty speechless.. they took into consideration that I live in North Carolina (and the hurricane) and double water proof wrapped and sealed my stuff.
Even though I’m pretty much out of harms way now, that really means a lot to me.

I ordered the. 5 oz sampler from them and sent an email asking about how to pay. They didn't reply, but sent it out with no charge a few days later.

Most of my samples are great too. After this, I'll definitely be placing a large order in the future.

Same issue here, fast shipping but no/slow response via email. I got the sampler back in August and really everything I got was decent, some were top-notch. The white elephant I got was good enough that I bought a quarter kilo. I took it expecting to crank out a bunch of homework and ended up daydreaming on the couch for an hour and a half, lol. It was unexpected but really nice. A lot of people said it gave them energy but for me it was euphoric, not sedating but definitely not motivating, lol.

I'm also really enjoying the white banjo and Okie sunrise, I've been mixing those together in the morning, good combo for focusing in class and decent legs. Also really liked the pink dragon.

Okie leaf has been reliable, but there are a few misses. W horn from their new vendor didn’t do much for me. W Thai was weak as well. WMD didn’t do much either. The W Hulu was ok but still on the weaker side. These I’ve been trying on and off, to see if it wasn’t just my tolerance that day, but not much changing in effects. Mixed the Thai and horn the other day and got something quite decent, but might’ve just been the Thai speaking.

W jongkong, W banjo, G Hulu, G Bali, W Asia, R Hulu, and okie sunrise have all been strong hits. Still have R horn and chocolate bentuangie to try yet. Tried to cancel an order once and they just ended up shipping it anyway. Super nice people who sold their souls to Santa and now they’re stuck in the spirit of giving for us to take advantage of, the suckers.

We recently ordered 2 sample packs 14 strains 1/2 oz each. This was the first and last time we will buy such a small sample size because we could test each only 1x.

This is our experience.

First the ordering, paying and shipping process was first class. They worked with us to find the best payment method and shipped fast.

Here is what we ordered:

Super Green Malay
Green MD
Redneck Nightcap
Yellow MD

White Wild
White MD
White Slippery Rock
White Big Bang
White Tanjung
Super White

We split each 6g and 8g to test so only 1 test per sample. Factors like the time of day, other tests the same day, food eaten, etc. were not consistent or considered. Also, we cannot speak to the analgesic properties.

The winner:
White Big Bang - This was the strain we purchased. It was perfect for the morning. Energy to get going and mood lift to get motivated for the day. Clean and smooth. For us some whites need to be tempered with a green, red or slower white. This strain was perfect by itself.

2 Runners Up:
Okie Sunrise - This was a good white/green hybrid and a perfect example of why 1/2 oz is not enough to test.
Green MD - I was impressed. After a long day at work and 3 earlier tests it provided the mood lift and energy to keep going for a few more hours. It was strong.

Honorable Mention:
White Tanjung
White Slippery Rock

The others were all Ok but it is impossible to get an accurate estimate with only 1 test.

The winner: White Big Bang - This was the strain we purchased. It was perfect for the morning.

Big Bang kratom is getting a reputation this summer - word of mouth reviews. Okie has lots of variety ~ Big Bang the winner Herbal RVA another vendor w/ big variety ~ Green Big Bang all the buzz lately, from customers on FB or MeWe. Some saying its RVA's best leaf. Johnson's Botanicals in NC, also stocks Big Bang, same thing, happy customers...

This 1 Indo supplier Brand Name, maybe the most "talked about" kratom these days!

Just got my 2nd small order in from Okie. The ONLY gripe I have had with OKIE has been how fast he sells out of the better reviewed strains. Nobody's fault for that and a GREAT problem for Gary to have. I have been pretty impressed with most everything I have gotten from them so far. I just now finally was able to get my 250 of Green Banjo. Have not tried it yet, just hoping it's as good as the sample I got a week or so back.

Got a few other things as well, and took Cappy's rec on the Green MD. I must say this is some of the better GMD I have had in a LONG while! Energetic, great euphoric mood lift, decent pain relief...everything I look for in a top shelf GMD. Sadly, I went back for more, and yes...SOLD OUT...dang it man ...Regrettably I had only gotten a 2 oz bag ...Again, no ones fault and I'm glad Gary is doing well. Also got 4ozs of the Sunrise I am looking forward to trying in the morning and again took Cappy's rec of the White Big Bang and a little Green Big Bang to round it out since it seems to be good at a few other Vendors as well. While I was there looking for more GMD, I grabbed some Red Thai "just because" I like an energetic Red Thai as this is supposed to be. We will see? So got a lot to try out over the next few days.

Communication, payment and shipping have been good, easy and fast. All in all, very pleased with the Okie operation and would heartily recommend giving them a try if you haven't yet. I have for sure added them to MY personal go to list.
