TFH 30 year wild green hangat
so far I’ve placed 3 orders with TFH since they opened up to double m on the 15th and the last order I received had a sample of 30 year wild green hangat in it and WOW... it hit me like a ton of bricks after roughly 30 minutes. I dose twice a day and my morning dose is always the best one I’ve never had my afternoon dose hit like this before. I mixed 75% wild green hangat and 25% wild green Hulu Kapuas and it gave me good energy, motivation, and a really good mood boost
. I’m new to reviewing Kratom because I’ve only been using it for 3 months but I can tell that they have some seriously great product I really hope they open up to us more often! But I understand wanting to stay small for quality

I'm on a similar schedule man, Morning always best. When you get strong fx from late serving, U know its gotta be potent. Another winner from TFHMaengda12 wrote: I dose twice a day and my morning dose is always the best one I’ve never had my afternoon dose hit like this before.

I received this as a sample as well and burned 2g I’m steeped tea first thing in the morning. And like you said, 30 minutes later, hit me like a ton of bricks! Super strong effect of euphoria for me haha which honestly almost felt close to the edgy side for about 30 minutes, then after an hour or so it leveled out and I felt fantastic and smooth and at ease for another solid 4 hours. Really potent batch for sure!Maengda12 wrote:so far I’ve placed 3 orders with TFH since they opened up to double m on the 15th and the last order I received had a sample of 30 year wild green hangat in it and WOW... it hit me like a ton of bricks after roughly 30 minutes. did you think it tasted a bitter? i thought it had a very bitter taste which i think is good because it seems like whenever a batch is bitter its very potent but it could just be meChefNateHippo wrote:I received this as a sample as well and burned 2g I’m steeped tea first thing in the morning. Re: TFH 30 year wild green hangat
I didn’t find it exceptionally bitter. Granted I did brew it into tea with a fair amount of honey which may have toned it down a bit. I’m usually pretty sensitive to bitter batches as well haha!Maengda12 wrote:did you think it tasted a bitter? i thought it had a very bitter taste which i think is good because it seems like whenever a batch is bitter its very potent but it could just be meChefNateHippo wrote:Maengda12 wrote:so far I’ve placed 3 orders with TFH since they opened up to double m on the 15th and the last order I received had a sample of 30 year wild green hangat in it and WOW... it hit me like a ton of bricks after roughly 30 minutes. Re: TFH 30 year wild green hangat
I have some on the way so that's good news. I will say that Red Hangat is a powerhouse of a nighttime leaf. I'll go ahead and review that here.
Energy: 3/10 (I sometimes get like 20 minutes of mental pep when it hits, but it doesn't last.)
Sedation: 8.5/10 Very heavy like the Super Red Sunda. Makes the eyes heavy and quiets the mind.
Potency: 9/10 Strong leaf that leans deep into the body side of the spectrum.
Again this is RED HANGAT I'm talking about.
You guys find Green Hangat kind of stimulating?

I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. It should be delivered today. I think GuitarTodd posted about it in another thread and said it was a great daytime red.SaintsWillConquer wrote:Any thoughts on the Rocket Red? I heard it's on the energetic side. Rumrunner - I probably won’t be able to review the Wild Green Hangat until Wednesday morning. (and that’ll be a “first impressions” review)
If it does get delivered today, I won’t get it until I get home from work. I’ll probably be sampling the Royal Red Riau first out of the order. I’ll take the Hangat in the morning.

Thought i would give that a try based on your recommendation - I had a sample bag of the Hangat and some Hulu Kapuas and did your 75/25 mix, very nice indeed! I have a split of Green Hangat coming and now i am excited. I already respond well to the Hulu Kapuas and have reordered that a couple of times.
My Review: Afternoon serving and anything that has me playing guitar for a few hours and loving it "Say no more"
I will keep this mix as a Once-A-Week treat, it is that good!
Thanks for your review

Tried the sample i got of the green hangat as well. It was good but definitely on the speedier side. Got the w green hulu kap and the green river harvest on the recent event and looking forward to trying those based on the sentiments here. Have emrald elephant as well which seems to be a sleeper here on the forums. Curious how they will stack up to the g hangat.

The green Emerald Elephant is an awesome strain, i got a 250g bag and after sampling a few servings thru out the day I ended up adding another 500g of that strain to the split kilo I just ordered the other day. Its high quality ime!FriendshipGulag wrote:Tried the sample i got of the green hangat as well. It was good but definitely on the speedier side. I finally got around to trying the 30 year Wild Green Hangat. My package came a little later than I was expecting. Anyway, the Hangat is very good- I thought it had a fantastic mood lift, some quiet energy, and ample pain relief.
The Wild Crafted Rocket Red is absolutely Out-Fucking-Standing! I will definitely be buying more of that one when Gumby opens back up!

Once I tried it a few days, I found it to be a perfect daytime red, which for me are the hardest to find. Long legs and great pain relief without sedation. I got all together a kilo of the Rocket Red. I'll order more next open event too if it is still available at that time.
I sampled the Wild Green Hanget and loved it. Very energetic for me with excellent mood boost. I have 250g of it coming today. This latest round of new strains from TFH have been incredible. I ordered a lot to say the least

Yeah, I have both. I LOVE the Wild Harvest Indo. The Yellow MD has been hit or miss for me. Good but I wouldn't order it again. I much prefer the Yellow Samarinda and Yellow Kali and the Yellow Jongkong for TFH yellow's.acejestyr15 wrote:Have you tried the wild harvest Indo and or wild harvest yellow MD??
I wish I had more of the Wild Harvest Indo. I think I have about 200 grams left of it. Such a unique strain. Another good daytime red as it doesn't make me sleepy. Pain relief and mood boost from it are excellent

Has anyone tried the new Wild Harvest White Indo - MUK-12 as of yet? That will be on my next order as well simply because it is a "MUK" batch (whatever that means which im told shouldn't mean anything).

I was going to order another Sunda because the Sapphire Sunda is one of my favorites so far, and gumby told me that the same code letters don't necessarily mean that they are from the same supplier. Just FYI. It's an internal code and not a way to tell suppliers. I said "That Sunda supplier seems to be on point" or something like that, and he clued me in to that fact, and I'm glad he did.

Yes that is correct it is not actually a supplier code I believe it is more a matter of a drying process code or something of that naturemivanqua wrote:I was going to order another Sunda because the Sapphire Sunda is one of my favorites so far, and gumby told me that the same code letters don't necessarily mean that they are from the same supplier. Re: TFH 30 year wild green hangat
The only consistency with the batch codes I seem to remember is something about the same batch # (but different strain - like how the last White and Green PMDs were both A7) referring to the same harvest and being treated/dried differently. That seems to suggest that even the same leaf can turn out differently, so I try not to put too much weight into which supplier they may have come from. The names that indicate some kind of similarity in their sourcing or processing (like Wild/Wild Crafted/Premium/Wild Harvest/30 Year prefixes or TFH suffix) don't seem to show any trends for me either.
Just tried this Hangat and on first impression it seems like a nice upper/faster type of green to me. It's somewhat more on the speed/mood side than physical sensation for me but the feeling it does bring is solid and certainly still comparable with middle or slow batches I've gotten from them that don't have this level of speed. The balance is uncommon for me which makes me imagine that this could be excellent for someone with specific preferences having a difficult time finding the right batch. Reminds me of their most recent Wild Green Hulu and Green PMD (both top strains out of what I've tried from TFH), so if anyone wants a batch that resembles those but also still available for the kg price point, this is one that could be up for consideration. Someone looking for a different kind of effect than I do might even prefer it.

The 30 Year Wild Green Hangat is one of my all time favorite Greens! This stuff rocks...elbandito88 wrote:Really like this strain, tons of energy and moodlift for me
as you said, tons of comfortable energy and holy hell
also excellent! After trying it the first time, I immediately ordered another half kilo! I've
tried it four or five times and the results were exactly the same every time!
Also grabbed another quarter kilo of the Rocket Red. It's just as "MikeEdoessomething"
described, "a perfect daytime red...Long legs and great pain relief without sedation!"
I have a number of TFH selections and they never EVER disappoint!

Re: TFH 30 year wild green hangat
Indeed the MUK batches are ridiculous. The Indo Muk is a perfect example of how you have to taper down the dose on TFH strains. First time I tried it was at 2 grams and nothing. Tried again at 1.5 and again notta. Did just 1 gram and holy hell. The legs are ridiculous. Just hours of pain relief and a nice smooth euphoria. Unfortunately it was one of the strains that I only ordered a 100g bag to try out and by the time I was impressed with it and go to buy more it’s gone. The Indo Muk and Wild Green Vietnam are probably my favorite strains out of the entire open sale run and both I was only able to grab a 100g of each. I’m gonna make a post in the trades section because a few of the strains just didn’t work with my chemistry but from what I’m reading they are hits for other people like the Deep Jungle Aceh, Deep Jungle Sunda and Emerald Elephant.guitartodd77 wrote:The "MUK-#" batches have been some of my favorites so far.
