Benni Botanicals Vendor Review

Just wanted to take the time to share my recent experience with Benni Botanicals. For the last few years I have had a different vendor who was great. They had good communication and always shipped fast, however during Covid they became out of stock and I needed to find a new vendor. I came across Benni Botanicals and decided to give them a try. I really liked that they do mixed kilos and half kilos and the prices seemed amazing and even better than my last vendor. I pulled the trigger and ordered from Bennis and was very impressed with the product, fast shipping, and friendliness. I placed another order a couple weeks later and again had great service. However last week I placed an order on Friday as I needed some Kratom before I left on a long trip. I realized Monday I didn’t receive a shipping notification yet and emailed Benni concerned. He told me they were on vacation over the weekend so those orders placed at the end of the week hadn’t shipped out yet. I’m sure it was on the site but I must have missed it. He told me that the only way for me to get it by Wednesday before I left for my trip was to upgrade my shipping to express for $25 more and I’d need to let him know ASAP. As I didn’t see the email until 3 hours later I panicking a little I emailed him back hoping it wasn’t too late to upgrade the shipping. However I then saw a second email from Benni which said he upgraded the shipping to express free of charge I should receive it in time for my trip. Sure enough, it came today in time! He could’ve easily just said sorry there’s nothing I can do, or sorry you didn’t let me know in time, etc. But instead he took the initiative and shipped out the order via express 1 day shipping, losing a good deal of money on the order, just so I’d get it in time. Guys and gals, if you’re looking for a vendor with who TRULY cares about his customers then look no further. Oh ya, and the prices and quality of the Kratom is unmatched as well. I’ve definitely found my new vendor.

Regarding the strains, I haven’t tried too many of the yet as many are of stock but I’ve tried the Red bali, wild green Hulu, gold maeng da, and the maeng da blend. My favorite is probably the gold maeng da and red bali. Very relaxing and uplifting. The only one that didn’t quite do it for me was the wild green Hulu, however it wasn’t bad by any stretch, just not as good as the others. Looking forward to trying more strains from him. Really want to try the super green, hopefully he gets more soon. Thank you Benni for the unmatched customer service!

Wow! That’s amazing customer service! Don’t see that very often. I’ve never ordered from Benni but after this review I will definitely try them in the future. I already have 3 other orders placed from other vendors but I’ll definitely try Benni for my next order. Thanks for the review.

Benni botanicals has A+ customer service. They will go out of their way to accommodate the customer! Good product too

Benni is totally legit. I’m a raving fan. I’ve tried dozens of vendors over the years. Benni is in my top 10. In my top 5 actually. Really impressive Hirsuta and Javanica too, if you are looking to taper or abstain for a bit to reset your tolerance.

My next order is definitely going tonbe to try bennis ive heard very good things and the 10 way split kilo sounds great to try different strains so I dont have to have 250g of something that doesnt hit me well. The customer service sounds great as well.
