Hey Double-M! When it comes to methods of ingestion, I cannot stress enough that oblate films are the absolute undisputed best way to take kratom. Now, I know that by saying they're undisputed, people will come to dispute this. But this is not just subjectively! Objectively, they really do have the most advantages and the least disadvantages. Plus, they're miles ahead of other powder consumption methods in terms of pleasantness. To me, it's second nature because we've used them for so many years now. But so many people still have no idea what they are or how they work. Oblate films are hands down how everyone that takes kratom should do it.

To explain this all better, I'm sharing this chart we threw together geared toward our kratom users. We would LOVE to hear what ya'll think about oblate films and the points made in the chart below!
