Denette Green Horned Dragon

So today I took my first Denette, the Green Horned Dragon. At around 4.5 grams (my typical dose is normally 5-6 grams but I wanted to be careful with a new strain) it took about an hour for the capsules I filled to have effect. And then it was really wonderful - one of the best Kratom experiences I've ever had.

I felt hugged all over - not warm, just a feeling of love and comfort that's hard to explain. I then took a nap, not so much that it made me sleepy, but that I hadn't slept well last night so I needed one. And the nap was glorious as well.

If any of the other 8 strains I got from him are nearly this good it was a good thing I took advantage of his open sale a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the FOMO! This had me checking all my current bags against the current menu and trying to decide what to get. Then I get VERY confused.

LOL - don't worry about it. Remember, this is the first Denette strain I've tried. It may just be typical - the others you have might be just as good.

Although, to be honest, other than New Dawn there's never been a vendor I've tried that I thought "wow, all their stuff is great". Mostly I get at least two or three misses from any vendor I try. But I'm at least encouraged because, as I said, this was so great (and normally I don't have that with greens - normally I get the most from whites, and almost nothing from reds, with greens kind of being "middling". But this was just a very, very good experience and I was told beforehand that Denette's greens are super good so it was right on point).

I was going to take tomorrow off but I might sample one of his others in the evening just to see (I normally only take Kratom on my tennis days).

What was so good about Great Dawn - every batch hit? Are they still in biz? Must be oldschool, only heard of them a few times.

NEW Dawn - and, yes, they are still around and every single strain I've bought from them has been wonderful. They are tops in my rotation, even among vendors like Lucky's, Liza, Mitraman, Okie/Oties (can never remember which one is which), etc. Only Denette's seems to have surpassed them (but I'm still working my way through the eight strains I bought from him - I'm at number three so we'll see). I always hate to mention ND because they are clearly NOT a small vendor but either I've been incredibly lucky (possible) or they just have solved a problem with larger vendors. In any case, their prices are so ridiculously low I can't see how anyone wouldn't at least try them.

Ive had this twice now, and the first time it was slower and the second it was energizing..both times warm though with a nice mood boost!
