I ordered, paid and the payment was accepted on Souls end. So I'm a bit confused, as I saw this after I placed & paid for the order earlier this morning.

Edit: Not really concerned with having to wait for an order, so if that's the case no worries. Probably my fault for ordering and not seeing that, but I have the menu bookmarked and not the homepage, so unsure if that was there in the early AM.

Why does the homepage of Soultanic's website have the following statement?

So they restocked then temporarily closed immediately after without stating that they would be? Or is that an old message? Or is something else going on?

g0ldl10n Your right not to be concerned. If you got your order in everything is fine and your order is being worked on.

Unfortunately, a payment method was shut down because despite repeated reminders someone decided to put order specific information in the notes section of their payment. These are personal payment method and references to a business, particularly leaf business, will get these accounts shutdown every time. Its unfortunate. People who payed with this canceled processor are being contacted with alternatives. Their orders are fine.

Despite no end of reassurance, some people are so worried thier payment will not be linked up with their order they insist on adding unnecessary information. The payment to the vendor has ample information, including the email and name and there is never a problem linking the info to the order. Paranoid customer behavior and failure to follow simple and emphatic instructions has caused no end of problems for vendors.

The website was closed earlier today because Soul wants to give his full attention to clearing the significant number of orders that came in between last night and this morning. There is a lot of care and special requests and last minute changes that need ful attention. The payment problem is a big drain as well. New orders arriving would require constant attention and hand holding and just delay the processing of whats all ready been order. He is not Amazon.com, lol. The website will open when he is able to process new orders efficiently.

No apology necessary. g0ldl10n. We'll keep working to improve the ordering process and do better job of keeping people informed about what is going on. The message was not explicit enough. We will put more detailed information and updated status on the website, and we'll start using emails to registered users to broadcast significant news.

It looks like I missed the boat Hung up on the payment. I wish people wouldn't do stupid shit (mentioning kratom in the payment notes). It not only effs it up for the vendors, it can mess it up for other buyers. My Cash App only works for people I have already paid do to me trying to use it for one vendor that will remain un-named as it's not their fault. Apparently that account got shut down and they weren't aware of it (until my transaction) and we moved on to another method but for me, Cash App is no bueno for anyone new . . I'll hold my cart open or screen cap it and try ordering later.

swab maybe look at Botanical Bunny's site .. A nasty javascript that puts a HUGE pop-up Warning in Red, that adding any personal notes to Payment Method, will result in your account getting BANNED.

Solutions. Force the idiots to use Cash/ Money Order or nothing... I recall a few vendors setting up a Chargeback database, for ALL online vendors to track these "Fake Buyers" who go around making small orders/ filing charge backs... Back when vendors still took Credit Cards. Now there's no chargeback problem, because vendors in 2019 can't even get a bank account... Now there's a P2P problem, screwing up Payment instructions.

Set up a Bad Buyer database with Name, Address, Zip, for any buyers who 1- File a chargeback, 2- Screw up a P2P Payment, 3- Is associated with S.R. or attacking vendors for Lab Testing or any reason. All we'd need to get this started, is 3 good vendors who agree to cooperate and share Info... Hell I'll volunteer as a neutral 3rd Party, to maintain the damn thing. This shit needs to stop. In MANY cases, these are Fake Buyers doing it on purpose!!!

No, Square didn't come after my account. I just couldn't process any new transactions. I think it wanted me to call my credit union to 'verify my account'. My credit union is a little over the top at times with security. They used to ping me a lot with bitcoin transactions.

Thanks Ballz Something like what BB does is required at this point its so frustrating as obnoxious as those popups are. Probably need to have buyers watch an educational video and give them a test afterwards, lol. But there is always someone it seems. Its been suggested that Soul just restrict membership and that'll probably happen soon. Demand isn't an issue. Thanks for the advice. Yes Ive been experimenting with popups, lol.

It really is unfortunate that people can't follow instructions as they are written. It stated very clearly on my invoice to not write anything in the order notes, and if you pay attention to what's going on in the kratom world it's pretty obvious to be low key when it comes to payment stuff.

yeah.. I'm being naive here. Ask Harry at K-OG, why he's gone to Membership Only.. he was pretty up-front in stating, a group of people are deliberately crashing payments. Filing charge-backs.. And it's been happening, like "forever" in this business.

I get it, some vendors like Kratom-OG that can be stressful and Ive seen many ppl in this community not too happy about how long they have to wait for an answer but every person is different. Just need to realize vendors whoever they are have a Life too and many of them work lonnng ass days so whatever it takes to protect their products and fucking hard work, commitments, and yes even the customers of course. That’s probably the best approach at this point because this Notes/ Memo dilemma is getting real old. For this Kratom community at large

Yes, well said Pay!!!! I just hope that if your already a registered member whether you've ordered in the past yet or not then you'd be safe as a member hahahaha. I've been a member with soul for a couple months but haven't had a chance to order yet.... Hopefully this week or next with be my first, as I've snagged lots of SOUL "super-fire" strains from the trading post recently!!! And gotta start making memberships to some other vendors before everyone jumps on the members only wagon and I miss out on my chances with any other vendors as well.
