This strain is definitely fresh smelling and tasting. But the effects are underwhelming to me. Maybe my expectations are too high. When someone posts a review on any strain and is using superlatives, exclamation points and fire emojis I get a little excited. More often than it they tend to be a little bit better than average.

I think the Green Buntok is an extremely pleasant daytime Kratom. It does not knock you back in your chair and send you into a nod, like some MIT bombs, but it provides a great mood boost and a calm, centered feeling of well being for me. I liked it enough to buy 1/2 a kilo, but the Green Vietnam is still my current favorite from Herbal RVA. That one is unique for me among slowish Greens.

It's pretty good, a great addition to an arsenal, but if you miss it, you'll be ok.

And yes, everything they were saying about fresh is true, it's as if they cut down the tree and threw it in the wood chipper and handed you a bag.

Hello. I didn’t mean for that to sound like I was referring to you, but I just reread it and can see how that would happen. In talking about superlatives and emojis I was speaking generally. Just something I’ve noticed happening. And because of it I don’t know whether I’ve ever had fire or if it could be a little bit better yet.

Nah man, I totally get it. I see it all the time too.

Can definitely make expectations high , and with how fickle Kratom is… can be a big letdown if it doesn’t bit.

Just wanted to chime in that this one really did pack a punch for me.

It definitely happens a lot though, I agree.
