Kratom google search / shopping

Have you done a kratom google search lately? In the shopping category, it looks as if newbies would never find the good places that we all enjoy.

Our favorite vendors don't have websites either. Do it the opposite way, google the vendors' names and the top hits are them being mentioned here. I guess the only way you'd hear of them is if a friend or fellow kratomite turned you on to them. They're the Daniel Day Lewises of the vendor world: fame averse, top-of-their-game craftspeople.

The big guys have been utilizing SEO marketing for awhile and it definitely works for them. 90% of newbies start out with Kats, Kono, Happy Hippo, Super Speciosa because no matter what you type in there’s 10 different articles about top 20 kratom vendors of 2024 and it’s always the same big vendors. I believe it’s also why Golden Monk publishes reviews.. if you type in so and so vendor reviews usually that Golden Monk review is right at the top, which then takes you directly to their website. It’s sleazy and I don’t like it but it is a good business tactic lol

It's been like this forever. That's why 'our vendors' used to be referred to as 'the Reddit vendors' before Reddit cracked down on it.

I started using kratom in 2017 and all you could find through Google were places like Phytoextractum and other names I don't remember offhand.

yeah. when i first started about 4 years ago, the searches took me
to golden monk, kats , aka vendors, like you said.

yes that’s exactly why Golden bunk does that review thing, there’s no doubt.

oh well, if it took them all to our fav places then our fav places wouldn’t be our fav anymore.

Someone on a mostly-political forum I'm on asked me if I'd ever tried kratom (we were discussing opioids and the good/bad/ugly thereof), and I said no. He told me a bit more, and also about a couple of public vendors - and Double M!

And THAT changed my life. The knowledge - and the people - here are simply awesome

I first found kratom on reddit years ago. They used to have amazing giveaways,real amazing, daily damn near. Reviews of every vendor on there by a huge amount of people daily,it was really a golden time like the internet in the late 90's. I never searched google for kratom vendor ever because of that,there was zero need. Any/all questions on the subreddit were answered by amazing people ,no mattter how noobish/dumb or technical the question was. When reddit killed itself and banned everything I jumped over here when they first started the forum,and it kept most of the greatness from the past here. So I still never had to search google for vendors. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

It seems like Reddit is the gateway to quality kratom. I started on Headshop stuff, really loved it - tried finding online vendors through googles searches - ordered from 2 vendors and got the absolute worst kratom I've ever tried. Then I found the original Vendors subreddit, which led me to lucky herbals, and the rest was history. Eventually found my way here, and from here found my way to Mewe. Now most of my main vendors don't even have websites.
