Ready for Amazon Prime Day 2025???

Starts on the 9th and then it'll run for a few more days.

I'ma be looking for a few pocketknives and searching for stuff that dazzles my eyes and sparks my imagination, or stuff so discounted I just have to buy it. I did just buy my dad a pocketknife for Father's Day, and myself one, but one or two more would make a nice micro collection. I put the brakes on my sunglasses (and a few frames with nonprescription lenses since I had LASIK just for fashion) collection, so I don't have anything specific to hunt down except deals.

What are you guys gonna be hunting for??

Got it market on my Calendar, Dot ink! ~ iirc it's July 8 ? anyway the other day, I wanted to buy some Aloe Vera Skin Gel - a fantastic Aloe Vera product! My 8 oz bottle is almost out... So I check Amazon and it's NOW $25 + change, Price UP 80% over last time I bought 4 years ago... (was $14). Amazon IS jacking up prices like crazy. OK so I Google shopping and discover, it's "only" $21 on Vitacost.com - where I've had an account for years but hadn't been using... If you use aloe products, Korean aloe is prized, like Kona coffee, except it is better, lol. I think the best stuff comes from Jeju district. I use aloe gel from the Face Shop after a shave, or sometimes as a replacement for shaving cream. Often comes in packs of multiple round containers. You will have baby soft skin, lol.

Speaking of Aloe, I keep a bottle in the refrigerator for when I burn or scald a hand while cooking. I imagine keeping frozen bits of a broken up chunk in the freezer could also be a lifesaver. Ziploc bag should do the trick.

We had a few plants outside when I was growing up; they're easy to take care of and don't look ugly, they can fit in with most landscaping.

Just get a chunk or slice and apply to burn, really speeds the healing and are good for skin in general, if you want to apply to face, elbows, knees or any place you need a boost. They may stain yellow.
