Never before have I sold capsule bags for less than straight powder, but here I am.
Why am I doing this? In September, I had just placed a $1200 order for dozens of capsule bags from my supplier. A few days later, I got the news from the CA smokeshops I supply that they will no longer be able to reorder my products, due to an emergency declaration by the California Dept of Health that 7-OH, "Gas Station H3r01n", and... kratom... are banned. Which one of those are the odd one out? Unfortunately, lawmakers don't seem to give a damn about the millions of people who's lives were saved by this tea. The good news is, it's likely that kratom powder won't actually be banned. Just 7-OH and gas station h3r01n (forgot the official name). But it will still be heavily regulated and full of liabilities and complex rules that a one-man business like mine simply can't afford to keep up with without unnecessary risk and high expense.
So yeah... now I'm stuck with all these bags of capsules, and not much time to get rid of them all. So please, let's help each other out. It's a win-win! You get a good deal, and I get to close shop without taking a loss.

PS: this may not be the end for the kratom side of Herba Rosa. If I come into some money to pay for new licenses, reinvest, and hire a compliance consultant or legal team, I'll be getting back into the game. But after this, I'll just be sticking to my blue lotus and skullcap.
