It’s been about a week since I last posted, so I figured I’d hop in here real quick.

As far as me being a shill - I honestly wish I was. I’d have made some decent money on commission for that red cambo because my reviews alone caused many people to buy the Red Cambodian. I checked on here a few days later and was thinking “oh shit, what if everyone hates it”. Lol.

First, the red cambo is good. As basically everyone has said since my initial review, it’s a good quality multifunctional strain. Only one or two negative reviews about it so far. I personally like it a lot for mid-day use, to get a second wind after my lunch break.

But, let me just say, I was *probably* a bit over excited. Don’t get me wrong - it IS a good strain - but I got a little carried away. I had been stuck with such bad kratom for months. Then I finally get a batch from SoCal, and the initial few burns had me feeling literal euphoria. Like the “I should call my Grandma just to talk about what’s going on in the world” type of euphoria. Since my phone was in my hand during these burns, and this website was still open, I just felt like writing a review.

The euphoria literally kicked in full blast as I was typing the reviews... and well, it came out in the reviews. One of my reviews in particular actually captured the exact moment I became euphoric, for the first time in months. But anyways... I couldn’t stop typing. Like, I tried, but just COULD NOT stop typing lol. I just felt too good. Sometimes a good kratom strain just makes me go OFF on the typing. Like I can just be watching a random video on YouTube about forestry, and end up typing a 3 paragraph comment and about the types of trees I’ve seen, why I prefer certain trees over others, etc. It’s ridiculous and I always look back the next day like wtf. But yeah, I went off on that SoCal review. The end result was basically likening Red Cambodian to having sex with Jessica Alba in Hawaii sitting on a pile of $48,000,000 in cash.

So, yeah. Red cambo is good. Solid 8/10. But the reviews I wrote were a bit carried away, because I just couldn’t contain the positive feelings.

I think the red Cambodian would be a decent strain for anxiety.

Yeah, it’s perfectly safe for consumption. SoCal is an established, generally well reviewed vendor. Most complaints about them are in regard to potency inconsistency, but in that regard, the Red Cambodian was a good pick.

In general, you can’t really go wrong with a slightly heaping teaspoon for your first try. But it may take a few tries to find your sweet spot.

Starting dose mainly depends on what you’re using kratom for. Generally, for opiate WDs, people start with higher doses of kratom, to really saturate those opioid receptors and get relief. People looking for pain relief or relief for other physical ailments may go higher as well. Whereas someone looking for mental effects, like mood boost, or anxiety relief may err on the lower side of dosing.

Honestly though, most new users are way more weary about the dosing than they need to be. Kratom’s a totally safe botanical, you’ll be alright even if you do take a little too much.

Do you have a gram scale? If not, go to a smoke shop and get one, they're around $15-20. I like one that weighs to .00 because that's how I dose. I suggest to new users they start low, like one gram, and work up by quarter gram increments until they find their 'sweet spot'. But a scale is very important, you should be weighing your doses.

I remember when they used to test the alkaloid content of some strains and I never had a bunk batch when I bought those in 2017. Lately most of so-cals is bunk af. K I used to buy would work way better than this shit with a higher tolerance than I got now. Shit I'd get in 2013/2014 from when world seed supply was still a vender worked amazing even with tolerance. SMH

I'm here to tell you kratom does help you through the wd and the pain. I still have a lot of my old stash from a year ago and was around during the reddit days. Anyhow back on topic. I'm a fan of the red cambo! This is the only strain I can claim really lit me up. I took it as my first dose and it is not a typical red. It was euphoric, took my pain away and didn't put me to sleep. I'm bummed, I see they are out of it

It looks like he did get the good batch. Look at the lot# (RC010119). It was just packaged at a later date. I ordered a kilo from that batch packed on 2/1/19 and its great stuff! 10+ year kratom user here... Im not on a honeymoon

I have the 01/01/19 and it's better than most for me. Definitely feels like a red to me, good for evening relaxation, very warming. Can't speak for pain as I have none, but it had a nice mood to it. 7/10. I will add it to my regular rotation. I also got the white cambodian, trying that tomorrow morning.

I purchased it off of your review alone. Just like you after about a month of bunk Kratom I was excited to try something good and it worked out very well for me. Just finished my first bag of 250G yesterday now I only have 1 bag left. If anyone wants to part with it I’d be more then happy to buy it from them. It’s very potent to my body chemistry. So I give it as 8/10.

To the one’s here who have not had much luck with the Red Cambo I may have found a solution!

Not making any promises though haha

1. Use S&V a little bit to add toward your burn
2. Try a 10mg CBD gummy added as well or a good branded tincture CBD 25mg that doesnt taste like Grammys a55crack
