SoulisticHerbs review: They RIPPED ME OFF! Beware!

After reading what great reviews SoulisticHerbs had here, I decided to give them a try. Purchased a kilo split 4 ways for $83. I sent an email, as their website stated, asking for a total amount to pay. "Regina Haley" from soulisticherbs.com emailed me back with the total, so I paid through Venmo.

The order never arrived. I sent emails asking for a tracking #, and Regina finally emailed me back saying,

"Wow, he really didn’t send it yet? I will get it out to you myself , I’ve been on vacation and just checked my email. I’ll get it out tomorrow morning So sorry about that!

Soulistic Herbs"

Talk about an unprofessional reply! Yeah, I'm SURE she was "on vacation." Surprised "he" had not sent my order out yet?? Whatever.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER from them! I am in the process of asking Venmo to help. I have only used it once to pay for Botanical Bunny order, worked great. But with SoulisticHerbs, I got ripped off! I've emailed Regina again telling her to put me in touch with the head-honcho of SoulisticHerbs, this guy that was called "Soul" here who was touted as a great guy. NO RESPONSE. NO EMAIL. NO PACKAGE. NOTHING but a loss of almost $100!!

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

*************UPDATE*************

I am happy to announce that Regina DID ship my order out, 2 day express mail, and I got everything I asked for, plus a little something extra for my trouble. She really came through for me! I don't know what is going on with the company, but it makes me leery about using them as a vendor again. I'm just glad I got my order. Regina apologized and even sent me a photograph of the USPS receipt which had the tracking # on it. Thank you so much, Regina. I really hope you guys can work out whatever it is that is going on.

Yeah theres been a lot of weird shit happening with them lately. Other members know more than I do about what went down, you can read some in the other soulistics threads, the locked one that's 5 pages is the most revealing. After hearing all this drama, I decided to cross them off my list. Not worth the risk.

I expect some damage control arriving in this thread pretty soon....

I tried to make a point on here that there was a new email for Soulistics and not to use the old email as it was controlled by a dishonest former employee. But I couldn't get the message out amdst all the hater's noise. The moderators chose to lock and bury that thread. I'm sorry for this. Soul will have to deal with her legally. I will bring your problem to his attention.

No one said anything negative about Soulistic... the threads were closed because of you, Swab.

Molly, Regina no longer works with Soulistic, and she was on vacation. During that time, things like what you experienced happened, so Soulistic had to restructure and enlist someone new to take care of customer service. He also had to change email addresses because Regina was the only one with access to it. If you email the new address telling them about your order and payment, they will most likely take good care of you. I have yet to see them not follow through.

I have ordered from soulistic/soultanic three times since the issues with the former employee began, and, other than samples being left out of my order, I have not had any problems.

In regard to the samples being left out, I contacted Soul's new employee, Ashley, and she rectified the situation immediately. She does seem to be much more organized and competent than his last assistant.

Also, the "regina" contact for payment is not his current account. It is no longer tied to his business.

I am aware that Swablero caught a bunch of $hit for speaking on Soul's behalf, and that people are a little nervous about trusting his info on this particular topic, but, in my experience, his Intel has been 100% correct, and he has been incredibly helpful when I've had concerns. If I were in your situation, I would definitely contact either him or Ashley. I'm sure one of them will help you get this straightened out.

First, Please DO NOT get Venmo involved. That's a BIG no-no in the kratom business.. Be aware your name could be blacklisted. Do you understand, this is kratom? Your action, could cost a vendor WAY more than your $80. Please don't steal from vendors!

Soulistic is LEGIT, but very small and part-time. Stuff happens. Yes that sounds sketchy! Terrible business practice! Amateur, not Professional! But I believe, he'll get you taken care of.. The product is excellent, so I hope you can wait.

Can i ask where you got that email from? That email was supposed to have been taken down from here when the website closed. The official email is [email protected]. Regina is not mailing you anything because she keeps no stock, she is 1000 miles away from it in fact. She no longer works for Soulistic and had no business taking your order or your money.

Can you tell me what you ordered and how much you paid, please? I will see what I can do for you. I am very sorry this happened. I just started taking over order management this past week. Please send me an email with all the details and I will take care of this for you.

You’re going to get this thread closed too. Nothing I said was opinion, it was just facts. I spoke with Regina and the new person at length. I have a good idea what’s going on with them, and I told The OP how to get what is owed to them. Both of them told me you weren’t representing them or authorized to speak on their behalf, so I don’t understand why you keep inserting yourself in these threads either. You also don’t get to police my behavior or tell me what to do. You could have just told Molly what I did and given her the new email, but you had to throw forum drama and backstory in trying to establish yourself as a hero. Not everything has to be about you.

Also, I would reiterate what Ballz said about reporting this to the payment processor. Don’t report them. It will mess them up as well as make it tougher for other vendors and the entire community. Also, we can’t mention payment methods by name here.

While you're certainly entitled to your opinion, the fact that an ex-employee used false pretenses to steal from someone is out of our control. That would be akin to someone stealing your identity, robbing a bank, and then someone saying that you should go to jail for it. Dont you think?

No I don't think. If someone went to jail for any reason, I probably would skip giving them money at all. What's the point of taking a risk in this market? It's really not a valid analogy, and it's awful PR. Going to jail is not the same as someone not buying kratom off you.

maybe don't continue with the same or very similar business name. People are understandably confused. There is a reason why Enron didn't start up has Enronk the next day and try to keep the same customers base and shush all criticism.

Sounds like the OP purchased before the site went down. Or right around that time. I have no skin in the game, so I can’t say either way, but I haven’t seen evidence that Regina actually took money from a customer knowing the order wouldn’t be filled. As far as I know, bank accounts were frozen. She said her personal account was frozen as well and that she was working unpaid. Regina seemed like she had no desire to fuck anyone over - including Soulistic, but she of course could have been lying.

Regardless, if the customer reaches out to Soul via the new email, I’m pretty confident they will ship out product. That’s my guess based on their desire to resolve the issues that popped up over this fiasco. So whether or not Regina is a terrible person, it is up to the actual vendor to make it right, no?

Check the from - I got one last week and thought it was from the old email, but it turned out to be from a wix email marketing campaign- it’s probably auto-set up. Respond and see if they offer to sell you kratom. If they do, then we will know that Regina is trying to steal from customers. When I emailed last week, she told me she no longer worked with the vendor.

I just checked and I had an email from the new address this morning announcing a new restock. She didn’t use BCC, so now all their customers have each other’s email addresses. That’s a pretty huge blunder sending out your entire customer list.

Those of you that know soul, know you should be standing up for him in this situation rather than letting ANYONE bring him down. There is sketch vibes in the air right now but I can assure you they are not on Souls part.

Blondie is a scammer without a doubt. CALL HER THE FUCK OUT WHEN SHE TRIES TO GET YOU LEAF. If enough people call her out in her private email, she will hopefully stop tarnishing souls name and get screwed over with a shit ton of karma.

wasn't the fault of just one person. A number of people piled on and, from there, the situation disintegrated!
As the saying goes, SHIT HAPPENS!

I also ordered through the "OLD" email address. I didn't receive a tracking number. I emailed Soulistic at the
"NEW" email address and politely asked about my order! I received a prompt and very friendly reply. Soulistic
checked into it and assured me that my order would be filled, it was! I also received an extra bag of Red Vein
for my "troubles!" That wasn't necessary, nor did I request it, but they did it anyway and it was a nice gesture.

Perhaps everyone should do the same. If you have an issue to be addressed, email them at the NEW address,
NOT the OLD address. Explain your situation to Ashley and I'm sure things will work out. Ashley is a SWEETHEART
and will do everything she can to help. Everyone is behaving as if Soulistic is some kind of scam, it isn't, and I
believe most of you know this! Damn, give them a chance to remedy a difficult situation. This is the internet, folks.

Okay, well certainly I agree going to jail is not the same as not buying kratom. But I wasn't saying that. I was making a point. And comparing us to Enron isn't valid either. They were charged with insider trading and securities fraud. Soulistic committed no crimes at all. We fired an employee and changed our name and contact information because she would not relinquish access. That hardly equates to securities fraud or any other crime. We kept a similar name because our customers know that we provide a superior product and that the owner is trustworthy, and we wanted them to know it was still the same owner and the same product.

That said, I do understand the confusion, and I am sorry to whomever this has inconvenienced.

I believe in any given circumstance where an argument arose, swab was only standing up for himself against ridicule and his name being dragged through the dirt by manipulative members.
