Thank you! I wasn't sure if hippie and e poison had other mods taking care of those subs or not. Thank you for relaying our correspondence to them! It helps a lot more than you would think, especially coming from a customer instead of her or I. I am hopeful that this will be resolved and in the rearview as soon as possible.

I posted a thread in the Vendor Listing forum, so I think that will help tremendously. Although I Intended to write the post anyway, I appreciate you making the suggestion and trying to help!

She is welcome to contact me and I will make this right, because despite the fact that what happened was not caused by me or Soultanic, I want her to know that we take care of our customers, regardless.

This is actually what I prefer in a vendor. It says a lot when they are willing to take care of people, even when someone else is to blame. I have not ordered from them before, but will probably try to if they will let me. So many vendors and businesses hide behind the whole “it’s not my fault” thing. So when I see a company devoted to doing the right thing, it gives me a lot of respect for them.

I am just random observer, never tried this vendor but want to support soul, someone like X employee who steals is never right. Even if he did added similar kratom to sub the gone strains, no one complained. Maybe when site is up, i will look into strains, for now i am still confused what strains and and how much per kilo or how many split ways you can do. Unless its in some underground emails or privet groups then i ll stay out. A site would be very nice and easy for me. Being at work i missed all the action out, maybe for the best. But there is nothing worst feeling knowing someone screwed your company over. Looking forward being a future customer.

I was actually wondering if that employee or someone in relation to her started this thread, too. It says that MollyB joined an hour prior to the post, which is probably the time it took to write it. Then left immediately after posting. Did not look around site or wait for comments. That is the opposite of what I would have done. If I were asking people to help me figure out what happened so I could get my money back or my kratom, I would not post and immediately leave. I am really starting to think this is not a legitimate posting.

Interesting theory, but it makes zero sense for Regina to frame herself as a thief and a bad actor in this. If anything she would be accusing soultanic and not Soulistic. Or she would create a fake account to say the old email still is legit and that she bought kratom from it. That way, people might see it and keep ordering and she could keep stealing. But having talked to her, she doesn’t seem that stupid or immature. And she doesn’t seem to have any desire to rip anyone off. Regina is still answering my emails when I contact the original Soulistic gmail. Maybe she is lying to me, but she’s not trying to get anything from me, so I don’t see the point in lying.

That said, you may be right that this is a fake post, but I don’t think you are right on the who or the why.

We will have a site up soon. When our ex-employee left, she left with all of the funds, too. It was a big setback. So for now, we are taking orders through email. If you send me a message, I will send you our strain list and all other pertinent info. And if you just want to browse, that's fine. No high-pressure sales here

As for Molly, I am not sure. She has not made an attempt to contact me as of yet.

You’re projecting. There’s no part of me that is into bullying or trolling and sitting back and laughing when people get upset. If anything, I’m the one who keeps getting bullied. As for soulistic, I haven’t said anything bad about them. The few strains I tried weren’t hitting me, but I liked green gazoo. I’ve only mentioned it since my initial reviews as an attempt to get some recommendations based on the 16 different strains I got. I honestly don’t see why people are so obsessed with this vendor. I would like to. I spent a lot of money with them.

Apart from that, I’ve only said nice things about Ashley and have tried to be helpful in clearing this all up. I’m not trying to totally defend Regina. Everything said about her could absolutely be true, but we don’t have any proof or evidence other than this MollyB post. I would like to get to the bottom of it because I don’t like being lied to. And I would prefer to believe people are good rather than terrible and nasty.

She told me she still has some of the same suppliers and that she will sell, and also libeled soul. However, that isn't proof that she is a liar and/or scammer. All that's proof of is that she is trying to sell product, it doesn't show that she's lying about having it. I did mention this thread to her and made her aware of what people were saying, and invited her to come speak for herself, but it doesn't look like she's taken me up on that yet.

She originally told me she wasn’t going to do anything with this business name or sell kratom, but that she could. Then she said she might start selling on a different name using the same suppliers. But then she keeps sending out marketing emails. She does kinda slander Soul to me, yeah. I take it all with a grain of salt. I’ve also heard negative things from people I trust, so I’m not trying to suggest she’s entirely on the up and up. I’m definitely not willing to be the one to take a chance and send her money to see if I get any kratom in return. Everyone seemed to like her and she gave excellent customer service until this all came crashing down, so part of me wants to believe this is a misunderstanding or something. Immaturity? Idk.

So I will confirm she is trying to get money, but the proof I don’t think we have seen yet is that if she does take money that she wouldn’t send out product. That’s all. Either way, it’s super shitty to be operating as the original business name. I told her she should turn over the email address back to the guy, and she said she might end up doing that. As far as I can see, this is still developing.

To be clear, in no way am I suggesting anyone should order from Regina at this point. I think if she had good intentions, she would be willing to come on the forum to plead her side of it. I’ve only been relaying the things she said to me with the caveat that it may be untrue. I haven’t been sharing the negative things she has said about Soul publicly because it’s gossip.

Please Lock This Thread? I agree with everything Oletimer, Karma, Kaidensmom are saying - This is NOW beyond "fishy", it's a proven scam/ drama/ trolling/ and the discussion is winding down ... Yeah I feel bad for soul but he's partly responsible, for choosing this person as a "partner" who ripped him off for everything after < 60 days ? Wow what a great partnership... Live and learn. I am happy to announce that Regina DID ship my order out, 2 day express mail, and I got everything I asked for, plus a little something extra for my trouble. She really came through for me! I don't know what is going on with the company, but it makes me leery about using them as a vendor again. I'm just glad I got my order. Regina apologized and even sent me a photograph of the USPS receipt which had the tracking # on it. Thank you so much, Regina. I really hope you guys can work out whatever it is that is going on.

If I remember correctly, there was a link on this forum to the SoulisticHerbs webpage. When I clicked on the link, I saw the webpage, and on it was the email address where it said to email your wishes to, and also, there was a form you could submit too. I submitted the form first. Then later that night, the website was not accessible. Neither was it the next day. That is when I got worried and I started to send emails, which were not replied to until well over a week later.

I was so upset and angry that I didn't come back here right away to read you guys' replies. My mistake. I wish I had. Now, reading the comments, I am SUPER SHOCKED I got anything at all! If Regina and Soul are at ends with each other, and the Venmo info is for HER only, then why in the world did she even send me anything?? Today I sent her an email thanking her and apologizing for being an asshole. I got sort of, um, forceful if you will, in telling her I expected my order and I expected it NOW. I don't know if she read my email-apology yet, or if she did and just didn't reply.

I'm sorry for all of the frackas I caused here. OH, btw, I told Venmo to disregard my cry for help. Said all was well, no need to take any action. And they told me they couldn't take any action anyhow, as per the policies state that transactions are between 2 people, they have no control over it or ability to help someone if they got ripped off. No action was needed, or taken, by them on my behalf.
