Netflix just released "Finding Ohana" set in Hawaii

Like "The Goonies?" This is it set in Hawaii and a little cornier.

Kelly Hu, Branscome Richmond star. A grown up Data from "The Goonies" has some screentime.

Set mostly in Kualoa Ranch (as itself, a family-owned working ranch with activities for locals and tourists, major location for tons of shows like Jurassic Park, Lost, Godzilla, etc.), there's a lot of beautiful footage.

Hi - any sense on age appropriateness? I’m always trying to find something to watch with my daughter, but so much is filled with violence even when rated PG!

It’s pretty disappointing to start watching Disney movies that are marketed to kids but that always spend so much energy with adult themes to appeal to the parents who buy the tickets! (But that’s just me griping!)
