I recently made 2 purchases from MBC Botanicals. The first time I got their sample sizes, 6 of them, a couple greens, a couple whites, a red thai and their special blend Pink Lady. There were no lot or batch numbers on the samples. I feel that the quality was ok. Nothing really outstanding, but good.
This latest purchase I got green thai (which does have a lot number), with a small amount of 20x extract to make enhanced powder, which my intent is not to ramp up my dose, usually around 2.5gm, but just to take less amount of powder, experimenting for travel.
I also got some blue lotus extract, to try and see if it helps with sleeping. And some D8 gummies, which I got from them since the webpage ingredients listed indicated that they did not have gelatin in them. The gummies are good. But it turns out they do have gelatin, as they told me in response to an email I sent them to give requested feedback on the gummies. They have offered to refund me the cost of the gummies since I was misinformed about the ingredients. I said I would take them up on that refund offer.

Their website is pretty easy to navigate, payment was easy, shipping was fast.

Good that they offered you a refund on the gummies! I hope they corrected their product info to reflect that too so other people don't run into the same issue. If someone has an allergy and thinks they're getting something that's safe for them to eat, that could go very badly...
