Just checked. Apparently I can't change the cashapp email without upgrading to pro. Can't really afford pro right now, lol. So I'll just have to work with this.
I'll try to remember for next time. It doesn't send me that same email notification, so I didn't know it was telling you it was on hold until confirmation.
